  • I've just joined a choir as a tenor and have to learn this now... for me this is a perfect help, BECAUSE you hear the tenor so clearly :o) !! Listened to several different videos, but this is by far the most helpful. Thanks for posting !!

  • Really good :)

  • Buena afinación, mucha expresividad, pero... para mi gusto demasiado lento. A destacar el papel protagonista de las voces medias (altos y tenores), no demasiado frecuente en los coros.

  • nice, but a bit to slow

  • i love it!!!!!!!! i have to sing tenor at school and it's so hard!

  • ... ist mir das Herz zerflossen ... 0.58

expresses existential grief. A heart melting rendition!

    Many thanks for posting!

  • Excelente versión. Tiene el suficiente dramatismo y el tempo correcto.

  • Sehr schön, der Sopran ist nur zu leise.

  • This rendition seems to convey a standstill of the grief the protagonist is suffering from.

    Thank you for posting!

  • Gorgeous.

  • I've been searching a choir version of this German Volsklied arranged by Johannes Brahms and in fact this was the best I could find. Not too slow, not to quick as most of the rest, fine dynamics, sound quality good, and when it's coming to "die wilden Tier traur'n auch mit mir", it makes me goose-pimply all over. Thanks for this post.
