Corey Haim was awesome in the mid-late 80's, same with Corey Feldman.
I just watched a film of Corey Haim around 1991-92 and he was already starting to lose his looks and have a bit of a haggard look.
Haim always came off as a guy who thought he was always working, always a star, and seemed to get offended when you thought otherwise in interviews, etc. If he could of realized he just wasn't that popular and not getting the films he use, knowing when to say enough and walk w/ the money...RIP

Drugs weren't the only problems Haim had. He had some serious mental issues which made for a violent cocktail. Feldman really has tried hard to get his life together. I've had the same experience. You just can't have a person like Haim in your life. It ruins it. Causes constant stress. Very sad and nothing you can do to help but watch them spiral.

Today has been approaching Haim for a very long time, and sadly, he knew it.
I always feared the day I would hear in the news, "Corey Haim Found Dead". I learned alot about the struggles of addiction from seeing it first hand with Haim. I always hoped for him to get better and make a comeback. Now he's finally better, resting peacefully.
I only hope more people will remember him for the good things we know him for.

In acting terms, Haim was more uinque and had a bigger appeal. Feldman is the business savy one who did a LOT of crap movies to make his tiny comeback. All Haim had to do was get clean and he could've comeback HARD. If Downey Jr could make Iron Man, Haim couldve easily gotten a great sitcom or been in a cool hit movie. RIP

I disagree Haim was maybe better looking when they were younger but as time went on I thought feldman was the better looking as for acting they were just diffrent, Feldman did more of the comedic roles. Haim's look became kinda of dated after awhile.

The ironic thing is is that Haim was better looking and a better natural actor than Feldman. Feldman had one thing that Haim didn't though, and that was the ability to kick the drugs. Haim had all the natural gifts and just threw them away. Poor kid. I will always feel sadness for him. Hope he's finally at peace.

Feldman - HAD 2 take control of his friend. He was sick and tired of seeing Haim spiral down a road of drugs. I don't blame him. Feldman had his day with drugs in the past too, and he cleaned himself up. I commend Feldman for trying to help his lifelong friend and movie co-star. Wouldn't you try to help?

Drugs weren't the only problems Haim had. He had some serious mental issues which made for a violent cocktail. Feldman really has tried hard to get his life together. I've had the same experience. You just can't have a person like Haim in your life. It ruins it. Causes constant stress. Very sad and nothing you can do to help but watch them spiral.

This is such a damn shame. The guy was just all around 'cool" but had a problem. Feldman will live with this the rest of his life although it really was not his total responsibility and he did try although I think if not for "susie" feldman would have succeeded and worst of al, he is not even with her now and will always feel he chose his x wife over his best friend in the world. I know for a fact that Feldman tried to save Haim, many many times.
Today has been approaching Haim for a very long time, and sadly, he knew it.
I always feared the day I would hear in the news, "Corey Haim Found Dead". I learned alot about the struggles of addiction from seeing it first hand with Haim. I always hoped for him to get better and make a comeback. Now he's finally better, resting peacefully.
I only hope more people will remember him for the good things we know him for.

Obviously, some things havent been said between the two coreys that need to be said.
