  • Dude u did an epic job man! R u sellin the glass pipes? If u r then would love to buy it from u

  • Whois the fuck builds a Stonehenge?!

  • Does anybody know which symphony is playing in the background? I think it's by Mozart I just can't remember the name.

  • @DontFearGrim Artist: Mozart Festival Orchestra & Alberto Lizzio

Buy "Symphony No. 25 In G Minor Kv 183: Allegro Con Brio"

  • Sick Sherlock bro

  • @glassblower209 Yeah.. He does a great job... I just ripped the video at higher resolution and I do not have a time constant anymore ether.

  • i c y bongs and pipes r so fucking expensive now.

  • Does he make custom pieces or have a website. I lost count of how many times I watched this video

  • I have watched this video so many time its sick, and the guy does sick work

  • @ian10022 I have more video to edit too :D

  • @compman67 Does he make custom pieces by request. I may be interested if the price is right

  • #BEASTMODE.

  • wow i want one :D

  • What's the name of this song?

  • @ChaosGShadowX It's Mozart's Symphony No. 25, 1st movement. : )

  • @patrickjohn84 Thank you sir :)

  • Do you use acetylene and oxygen? Or propane/natural gas

  • Do you use acetylene and oxygen? Or propane/natural gas

  • hey man ive got a question,

when he connects the "can/bowl" section to the mouthpiece section does he do a "bridge" to work the two together nice n smooth or not?

  • still one of my fav glass vids. brings me back to when I was a mega noob.. ive worked my way up to minor noob

  • damn, wish i had a foot pedal to do it as quick and well as he is.

  • dope as fuck

  • sooo badass wish i could make a pipe

  • this is truely amazing.

beautiful artwork, both auditory and visual.

this video put me in a really optimistic mood, thank you.

    :)

  • wtf dude "user does not allow playback on iPhone" what's going on with that broski

  • @HatchetSwinginDrumma I have plenty of people who watch these videos on Iphone... I certainly have don nothing to block it

  • if i did this all of my pipes would be sold used

  • glass blowing is deffinately a skill, and a skill that many potheads would want to be good at, including myself. Imagine being able to make your own extravagant bongs or pipes, or even make some for others, maybe even for profit =)

  • this is what i would listen too if i were to be blowing glass

  • @ibanezplayer056 This video originally had the band HateBreed "Live for this" as the song...But you know youtube.. You can play it on the radio but not in video... I love metal and classical

  • @compman67 id totally listen to that shit too. BTW, what song is this?

  • @compman67 This music is much more suited for this.

  • @ibanezplayer056 Oh... and I play a 2000 RG7421 Ibanez 7string :)

  • @compman67 BEAST

  • awesome this will help me a lot

  • tobacco? You've got to be kidding me

  • tobbaco? You've got to be kidding me

  • that is amazing

  • I have never done Glass blowing before but I am highly interested, can you give me a few tips?

What kind of heat do you use?

when you make waves/bubbles to form the body of the piece how do you control the air flow to that certain spot?

Are there any videos/other artists that you recommend?

  • Tobacco use only... Right ;p

  • @doghouse907 Ya, dont use any house hold items, as they will just explode, if u dont have a kiln to preheat them especially

  • i really would have loved to see the part in between splitting the clear tube and doing the benderbacks/reversals

  • Where do you go to learn how to do that?

  • @storm5586 I got started with lampworking last week. I bought a torch ($150 oxy-acetylene), an oxygen tank (K-size, $66/fill, one fill lasts about 40 hours of use, rental fee $80 per year), and some glass and graphite tools (~$80).

Getting started is a leap of faith, and it's not an easy to learn skill, especially when your only help is the internet. But personally, I really enjoy it.

  • @kurt123 hey if u make any pipes that you think arnt that great send me some pics and i might want some... unless you dont make pipes

  • @kurt123 whered ya get your stuff and do you use a kiln?

  • @NoobFightClub Try "Generations Glass" if your on the East coast...

  • where can i go to learn how to do this?

  • Thanks for sharing your art with us.

  • @doghouse907

you need to do a lot of research. lampworking can be dangerous and hazardous to your health if you dont know what your doing...

go to some glass forums on the internet and read read read...

  • When you do a bigger piece that takes several hours and you have to do 1 half and then the other are you keeping the first half in the kiln to your ready to weld them together ?

  • @SEKSHINATE Yes, he keeps the other parts in the kiln.

  • what kind of black glass is thaqt? momka? northstar? i find it troubling finding a black that looks black... always washy ya know

  • @Burritoast I know he uses a lot of northstar, but he also goes to a lot of trade shows, so he always has some new color he is trying.

  • @compman67 You can get some dark colors for black, but the one good way to get true black is encasing it in clear tubing, so its even darker

  • @Burritoast Try Ninja Black it is a nice black as long as you do not boil it.

  • @Burritoast northstar has some really saturated blacks , but to me this looks like an unobtanium color from northstar , because its dark blue and glittery , hope this helps :)

  • thats was awesome!

  • how does the cc compare to the redmax?

  • That was super trippy! =)

  • Wow O_o Thats really fascinating! ^_^ I think its so awesome that people can do these things. Is it hard? Thanks for sharing^_^ I love watching these kinds of things.

  • Where do you go to learn how to do this?

  • how mutch for a homdade bong blown by him

  • How do you color the glass? This is really interesting. Thanks for the demo

  • Ya, just sayin. This is A LOT harder than this bastard makes it look lol. Great job man, i would love to load some "tabacco" into that thing.

  • I digg your vids. I was wondering if maybe you had the time you could send me some links as to how to get started blowing glass. I live in Knoxville, Tn and there isn't anything like this around my area. I've never done this before and would like to know where you buy your materials from and how to color the glass....Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again for your vid, I liked it a lot. Hope to hear from you man........ (waiting in anticipation)

  • Damn that was amazing. Nice vid to watch right before I was about to sleep. Great colors I would be DELIGHTED to have a piece like that. I always wanted a sherlock.

  • Awesome!!

  • Even glass that is made for this explodes some times. I would not recommend trying anything but glass blowing supply stuff. They use special drill bits to make bottles like in to bongs and such mainly I believe.

  • Notice the guy in this video is blind lol jk

  • how could i buy one of these?

  • Are you talking bout the pipe or the equipment to make one? I can sell you a kit to mae your own glass pipes

  • im taking classes on this in the summer! cant wait!!

  • sick

  • 30 bucks in 10 mins sweet

  • Yeah, I'm sure it was a tobacco pipe;)

  • I want to make epic pipes too :( how much does it cost generally for all the supplies and torches?

  • I will tell you if you promise not to fuck me when I am dead. The torch and kiln are the most expensive. He paid $1500 for the Carlisle torch and that was a deal. The kiln I believe was $2000, counting the cost of having a 220 electrical plug installed in the shop. Then you have rental or purchase price of the oxygen and propane tanks. Then your basic tubing and color to start. Do not forget a good life insurance policy if you try to do this without training.

  • So can you tell me honestly if glass blowing is worth getting into for the that money? Like can you make a lot of money off of the things that you make? Don't get me wrong i love the work and time put into these pieces but can you actually make some good money off of it is what im saying? Like is it worth the money to go to school for it? please respond cus i am thinking about being a glass blower in the future.

  • It all depends on your level of dedication. My friend has taken care of his family for 13 years doing it now. Lots of people make a good living, some a much better living blowing glass. Its not something you should dive into as a way to support yourself from the start. Study it first, have it as a serious hobby, but unless your a genius raw natural talent your not going to make your living doing it. Finding a glass blowing shop to become an apprentice at would be a smart move.

  • not in this economy..

  • where do u get your glass tubes

  • Google winshipdesigns

  • what a beautiful art!

  • what is that classical musics name? can anyone tell me?

  • just wondering what type of torch you need for this i have an oxy acetylene torch and a welding and cutting head but ive tryed melting glass before but it wouldent melt. i cant see why the torch i have wouldent mealt glass since it quickly turns sheet metal into a puddle of molten metal.

    thanks for your help

  • $120 for that piece is actually a pretty good price. around here it is at least

  • yo how hot is the torch?

  • @nirvana1869 When fuming, it can get hotter than the surface of the sun. Thats taking gold or silver and heating it till it turns to vapor and collects on the glass. "Depending on it's composition, some glass will melt at temperatures as low as 500 °C (900 °F), others melt at 1650 °C (3180 °F)"

  • awesome, thanks man. i recently started glass blowing so i wanted to see how much hotter it was compared to the furnaces. hopefully ill be able to try scientific in the future, how long have you been blowing for?

  • @nirvana1869 Really fucking hot...about 1400-1600 °C.

  • Very cool, was wondering how glass blowing worked. What colors did it turn out to be?

  • the piece looks good but i wouldnt pay $120

  • @branbeno77 Wow!.. Im sure glad you cleared that one up.. I was losing sleep over how much you would pay for a unique piece of art!!.. Wow.. I feel so much better now knowing.. ..... :| yawn

  • astounding

  • so amazing I WANT THAT!! :( lol

  • What would someone pay for that piece? Whats a reasonable price for a Sherlock? like...$45 - $60?

  • @RiseAgainstZombies i would think about 45$

  • @Thezackhavoc No, $120-160

  • @compman67 It's worth it though. It looks amazing.

  • I have known him for 20+ years so I get a discount :)

  • @compman67 Really?! o.o

They don't sell them at my smoke shop so i guess i wouldn't know :P

  • Amazing piece of work!! Well Done

    -Peace and Pot

  • just an idea for other people who like making these styles of sherlocks:

after he flattens the mouthpiece pop a hole in the end of a mouthpiece and attach a new blowtube and remove the blowtube on the other side.

this way you wont have to let the mouthpiece bench cool and dont have to worry about burning your hands :)

    just a thought

  • whatcha got here? crayon and unob. drawn on with stringer?

  • @solidifiedpaint Drawn on with stringers is the method he uses.

  • this video is absolutely insane!! you've got some serious talent, man! its pretty wild how easy you make it look. If I could do that type of stuff, i would be so content with life. good shit five stars

  • Wow, I had no idea so much went into making a Glass Pipe. Thanx for the Upload, excellent work.

  • Hey. This really seems like something I'd like to do, but I dont know where to start. do you have any tips? I don't have any equipment so what products do I need to get started?

  • i would buy it like that (snap) cept i wouldnt load it with tabacco

  • @goldphishie Shhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • what size tubing are you using? on the sherlockorange and black one

  • and do u pull your blow tubes or attach smaller tubing?

  • this is a very nice piece id buy it id like it with water more but good work

  • @h8tenonyou Yeah.. I would like to hear your stuff... A lot of what I say is based in being a guitar teacher for so many years. Love hearing everyone's work... Guitar is a beautiful thing no matter what level a person plays it.. It saved me life.. If I had not had my guitar to thrash on in bad times, its hard to say where I would be right now or IF I would even Be

  • @h8tenonyou Dude, the original music posted to this video was Hate Breed. I am taking into account that you are 15 when I choose my next words. Humility goes a long ways toward being a good person in general. You may be better than me even, but I don't look at music as a competition. You are good but I have do not hear a shred of originality yet. Your young and there is a lot to time to develop it.

  • @h8tenonyou The music and the glass blowing are both examples of art at the highest levels in both fields. So it fits :)

  • Im guessing art school

  • magical.

  • This is happiness!!! keep spinnin' sir, you rock!

  • cuál es el nombre de la pieza musical?

Which is the name of the musical piece?

  • Wow that was beautiful

  • this is absolutely amazing

  • man i want that pipe

  • This sherlock looks dope tits..... especially with the music, i cant wait until i get my setup

  • i like the choice of music

  • watching thiz getz me nervous

    i dunno y.

  • @sickulasglorie A wise reaction. He makes it look easy but even with his over 13 years experience, he still gets hurt from time to time. Its dangerous work but can be done with relative safety.

  • damn this is amazing sick job

  • really inspiring. you make me feel like blowing

  • hey bro i wanna make glass for a living.. i was wondering i you can help me on how i should go about getting started, what should i do??

  • Sick ass vid dude, nice work

  • Great video

  • theres a college in oakland california called Oaksterdam. there you can take glass blowing classes for like $650 a class.

  • man im looking to take up glass making when i get out of highscool and i was wondering if u could answer some shit for me

1 what kind of torch should i get for making bowls

2 could i just start making stuff and learn through trial and error or should i take classes first? any tips on how to get started would help

  • Carlisle is the best brand of torch. (Follow all manufacturer safety guidelines) That flame can burn a finger off. Make sure you have the metal discipline to always be paying attention. Instant 3rd degree burns. Heating the wrong thing and having it explode. Blowing glass part one.... Mega dangerous... First thing to factor in. Take classes, but your only as safe as your teacher or your own mind is good

  • @compman67 do you know where i could go to learn this trade?

  • Need to find some one you can trust that will take you on as a student. You can buy videos and take classes but learning from some one that lives it every day is invaluable.

  • world wide or just in the states?

  • @thebigkiffer People have been blowing glass since before there was a USA.. World wide my friend.

  • i know, i learned in germany. i was just wondering if xlmedge24x was willing to travel to learn or had to stay in the states. ;)

  • んー、シャーロック!

    凄い時間かけて作るんですね。

    しかし凄い。

    合理的を追い求めない世界を教えてくれた、

  • w w w winshipdesigns c o m

  • damn its amazing lol i wanna know how they make suck nice bong stems even simple ones are really impressive

  • Just wait till you see the new footage I recorded :) Just have to edit the video and add my part to the music :)
