@ElzDude Its educational. I'm studying animal care and came across this video a short while ago. I didn't feel the need to comment until I saw your comment, and today I've discovered my own rabbit has ear mites.
When you see something like this on youtube with an animal with a bat health condition, and there is someone explaining what is happening, you have to just remember that they're doing on they can, and after all it is educational.
Just give them a (fortnightly at least) warm bath: made out of : -Lukewarm water -White Vinegar a bit -Your favorite (liquid) dish detergent a bit mix this 3 together, stir a bit, and submerge the rabbit (all body, but save the nose) in that bath for some time. Than: wash away the rabbit clean with CLEAN lukewarm water, prepared in another box. This is a very effective method against many parasites, and mites, for Rabbits, Ducklings., Chickens, and all that roams the ground.
Do you peel the crusting off the rabbits ears? I have never seen anything like this.

I have Many rabbits-- if you have rabbits that start getting ear mites use mineral OIL ( NOT Mineral Spirits) on them it works!!!
Mineral oil, baby oil-I've even heard WD-40
I know Mineral oil works
Makes ther hair look lie hell but that will go away
