I am 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I have been having those migranes, too! I did some research, and I found out that it is a hormone headache. The symptoms are similar to a migrane, but it's really just because you have a strong fluctuation of hormones.

I did not give my little girl a passy then when she see she it she plays with it like a toy and she was never a thumb sucker she was breastfed and then went straight to a sippy cup.Good luck with your little boy. congratulations! :)
I didn't give me son a pacifier and he did not even attempt to suck his thumb. My mom said I didn't either. So, if you don't want to give him one it doesn't mean he will suck his thumb. Some babies just don't do either!
LOL, there are soooo many Jaiden's. My sons name is Jaiden, and we call him J.D.. He has 2 cousins named Jayden and one of my friends named her little boy Jayden. And I kno two other little boys named Jayden and Jaden.

Aww, Jaiden is a cute name. Jada is a cute name for a girl too. I was thinking that if you had a girl also and you named her Jada, it might get confusing because their names sound similar. They're still cute names though. I wish you luck with everything :)

make sure you tell the nurses after you give birth that you dont want your son to have a pacifier because they gave my a pacifer and he was HOOKED on it until his 2nd birthday.. its hard to ween them off of it.
For the headaches...I've been getting the migraines lately. Get a good ice pack, take two tylenol and put the ice on your head. The ice is very good for relieving it.
Ball sack...lol...."scrotum" is the clean word to use that the docs use to describe that.
I love that you want a name that can have a nickname. We're naming ours Claire and calling her Claire Bear.
For nausea try ginger ale and crackers. I only take natural things for ailments :-)

@TiffanysVLogs Definitely can't wait. The BH contractions are getting on my nerves. Ready to get to the reals ones and be done. And I love to dish out advice because I do things as natural as possible (with the exception of the epidural I will be taking because I'm a 2nd time mom & will not go through that again...) and I would never tell people 'you have to do this the way I did it' because I hated when people did that to me. You do it your way and sometimes you'll find advice worth taking. ;-)

If you plan on breastfeeding you don't really want to give ur baby a pacifier. It can cause "nipple confusion" the way a baby sucks on a breast is different than the way they would suck on a pacifier/bottle. However if ur not breastfeeding pacifiers do come in handy to help soothe the child. Research shows that there is no evidence of dental issues associated with pacificer use as long as it is taken away after the first few years. I am not a parent but a nursing student thought this may help :)

If you dont want him on a pacifier make sure u tell the nurses when you have him cuz sometime they just give them to the baby without asking. My baby sucked her thumb when she was a newborn so i just gave her a pacifier, I rather her suck a pacifier cuz thumb sucking causes overbites.
@genetck okay Ill tell them! and Im going to use the gloves is he tries to suck his thumbs and if he doesnt stop I guess ill give in, but we will see when the time comes!

How cute, I like how you spell it!!!! My son is Jayden. I love that name, he's in second grade now and last year there was a little girl Jaydyn in his class he was like mommy there's a girl in my class with my name. I told him he was special cause anyone can have his name!!! Don't know how he'll feel about that when he gets older though...lmbo!!!!

make sure you tell the nurses after you give birth that you dont want your son to have a pacifier because they gave my a pacifer and he was HOOKED on it until his 2nd birthday.. its hard to ween them off of it.

For the headaches...I've been getting the migraines lately. Get a good ice pack, take two tylenol and put the ice on your head. The ice is very good for relieving it.
Ball sack...lol...."scrotum" is the clean word to use that the docs use to describe that.
I love that you want a name that can have a nickname. We're naming ours Claire and calling her Claire Bear.
For nausea try ginger ale and crackers. I only take natural things for ailments :-)

@TiffanysVLogs Definitely can't wait. The BH contractions are getting on my nerves. Ready to get to the reals ones and be done. And I love to dish out advice because I do things as natural as possible (with the exception of the epidural I will be taking because I'm a 2nd time mom & will not go through that again...) and I would never tell people 'you have to do this the way I did it' because I hated when people did that to me. You do it your way and sometimes you'll find advice worth taking. ;-)

If you plan on breastfeeding you don't really want to give ur baby a pacifier. It can cause "nipple confusion" the way a baby sucks on a breast is different than the way they would suck on a pacifier/bottle. However if ur not breastfeeding pacifiers do come in handy to help soothe the child. Research shows that there is no evidence of dental issues associated with pacificer use as long as it is taken away after the first few years. I am not a parent but a nursing student thought this may help :)

Hahah the doctors told my parents I was going to a boy and so my parents had the name Gabriel and then when my mom gave birth, I turned out to be a girl! So my name is Gabrielle and I was always wearing boyish looking clothes hahahahahaha :D

If you dont want him on a pacifier make sure u tell the nurses when you have him cuz sometime they just give them to the baby without asking. My baby sucked her thumb when she was a newborn so i just gave her a pacifier, I rather her suck a pacifier cuz thumb sucking causes overbites.
