I only found out about this OVA after finding out the figure made by Kotobukiya. I had no idea what it was but HoiHoi looked cool. Now after having watching this I defintely WANT one! The best part is its actually a made to scale - small like in this OVA, fully articulate so you can pose it and its affordable - 30 bucks.

That Combat san is equipped with a device that makes her freeze up when she gets close to Hoi Hoi so that they dont kill each other. You can see it on her back when she starts to freeze up.

Wish there was more in the description as this is my favorite OVA ever.

Its made by the production company DAUME, you probably remember them from such hits as Ichigo Mashimaro and Minami-ke. This is their very first anime as you can see compared to their later works.

This was actually attached to a popular japanese PS2 game of the same name. It's now a collectors item on ebay. Last i saw an unopened copy go for 40,000 yen (~$400usd)
