  • What happened to Hitch....what a disappointment...only sycophants can like what he became towards the end....sad case.

  • Thank you for posting this, revillancelot.

  • look all these atheists attacking Hitchens, The Atheist Boss

atheists are first leftists, they could support religion for political reasons... idiots

  • Hitch is a vulgar neocon propagandist who knows very well that Chavez was democratically elected three times yet he spews rubbish on Fox News. No wonder they keep inviting him back on.

  • @ExposingTheism

Heh, Hitchens is the only one of his old-life who could even *appear* on Faux News..

It's a shame he died such a coward, a Radical for half his life and a coward the rest, who payed for everything he ever enjoyed through deceit and slander, even frequently against the Left..

'Hitch' is Dershowitz with an English accent, he debased himself to power ever since 9/11..

  • @BelfastAtheist How did he debase himself since 9/11. What because he didn't agree with you? If your getting at because he supported the Iraq war and such, He was also very critical of Zionism and pro Palestinian. If he was how i think your thinking he was he wouldn't have done that.

How about some respect to the dead to, he wrote and spoke about what he thought was right and true. He talked his mind and had more balls than anyone else in his line of work.

  • @SkullKing11841

    ''..Was very critical of Zionism''

And never even mentioned the fact when he was a fixture in the U.S Media, it got an *occasional* reference in his Religious debates, he never had the guts to 'proudly' wear his Anti-Zionist banner on U.S Television Networks..

    ''..was Pro Palestinian''

Anyone serious about the Palestinian cause rejects the notion that Chris ever gave a damn for the Palestinians, again - he never had the guts to mention it on U.S Television Networks..

  • @SkullKing11841

He wrote *a* Book, 1 book precisely - on Palestine; which (And I've seen virtually all of the 'Hitch' videos on Yt..) I never even seen him reference, he routinely claimed that George Bush ''offered a better alternative'' to the Palestinians, while he was screwing them - Tariq Ali mauled him on that point.

Anyone with the intelligence of 'Hitch' - is obviously aware that the Bush Administration had no interest in Palestine, other than to help Israel.

  • @SkullKing11841

Why he wrote that ONE, small, Book is so he could continue to keep praising the magnificence of the U.S Government and their dirty Wars, without batting an eyelash. ''War-mongerer? But.. I'm the most Pro-Palestinian fucker out there!'' - no, he is not - and his lies about the Bush Regime's intent towards Palestine disgust me beyond belief..

He talks the Goverments mind, never cited sources, made preposterous and unbacked claims in all his articles..

  • @SkullKing11841

Look through his Slate/Vanity Fair Articles; for such a ''Pro Palestinian'' - there should be a few articles on Palestine, no?

If I remember correctly, there isn't a single fucking REFERENCE to Palestine in either of those decade-long bodies of Work..

You will also find 0 references towards Iraqi Civilian death-counts, 0 towards the true Nationalist nature of the Iraqi resistance, 0 references to Afghan Civilian death-counts, 0 for ANYTHING negative about Iraq - infact..

  • @SkullKing11841

This is while Iraq was hell on Earth, 'Hitch' never mentioned the fact that reports of torture were coming from Iraq months before Abu Ghraib (AND EVEN THEN, he tried to justify it saying ''Well... do you know what Abu Ghraib was like BEFORE we got here?'' - if Saddam Hussein has to be the yard-stick by which we measure our Morality; then - what the hell is the matter with us?

Hitchens died a liar and a snake, a venemous, odious little toad, as disgusting as Galloway.

  • @ExposingTheism Yeah, and it's quite ironic that he wrote a book critizing Henry Kissinger's war crimes and he never saw the ones being committed during Bush's and Obama regime.

  • I miss Hitchens

  • @Kuato19 It's so sad isn't it? I'm systematically reading everything he's ever written. That makes me feel better.

Btw, Kuato? Was that from Total Recall? lol

  • @EllyMcCormack yeah it is

  • That's it. I cannot stand Americans who do not know their own history. If you are an American, and you are patriotic for the wrong reasons...kill yourself. If you are misinformed about the history of American propaganda spread through mainstream media....please kill yourself. Happy New Year.

  • @KndrLnd It is sad, but many Americans do not really know what their government has been doing for decades. They probably got the media controlled to shape public opinion for a political agenda.

  • terror free oil?

that pretty much rules out all oil, since all american oil producing allies are governed by u.s. assisted terror, the most recent example being libya.

  • @ufster81 Yeah, tha's the sad story of American Imperialism: they pretend to be human rights defefender while at the same time they commit the worst atrocities towards humanity

  • @revillancelot Really? Please inform me of what atrocities I have committed.

  • @elfred1980 When I say "they" I'm referring to US politicians & bureaucrats-the ones who make the big decisions of the country- not the US citizens as such.

  • @revillancelot You guys truly have no idea what you are talking about. Try this. Actually investigate the history of oil in the middle east and how the U.S established trade relations with them. Also can you guys even name the atrocities America committed towards the Middle east?

  • @DarkPrince0fWGTN 1953 Iranian Coup and installment of the dictator Shah (1953), support of Saddam Hussein war against Iran(80's), support of AlQaida against the Soviets(1979-1989), Iran-Contra scandal, War Crimes in Afghan & Iraq War(many admitted by US soldiers) and covered up by others (Pal Tillman case), support of Alqaida leaders in Lybia (2011) such as Abdelhakim Belhadj (many attrocities are documented in video) were ALL backed by the US. But of course there are more.

  • @revillancelot

You are a truly sad person if you think stopping Gaddafi, from butchering the population country and trying to make the streets of Benghazi "run red with the rats blood" for daring to protest, was an US atrocity.

Supporting a Coup in Iran, is hardly a atrocity, true a very shameful thing, the same can be said for selling weapons to Saddam but hardly "atrocity"

  • @Eralun Sorry then. Perhaps the best word is not ‘atrocitie’ but ‘moral irresponsabilty’ and ‘illegal’ .I never suggested that because Western powers (US) supported Alqaeda in Lybia that means I'm a Gaddafi supporter. Not at all. I don't support oppression from any side. But when Gaddafi said “..With the rat’s blood” he was referring the rebel’s military rise up, not about civilians. Check it for yourself.

  • @Eralun But if you think that supporting AlQaida “rise up” against Gaddafi in Lybia was morally justifiable, not only you’re ethically wrong but also shows that you haven’t read/watch (in documents and videos)the atrocities committed by the Nato-backed rebels + the witness testimonies of Lybians. (eg: black Africans genocide). Over 20.000 civilians killed in 8 months(many deliberatly), comparing that to those executed during the 42 year regime Gaddafi makes him a saint.

  • @Eralun I may sadly sound like a Gaddafi supporter but no, I’m just being intellectually honest. The motive behind the Iranian Coup in Iran (1953) was British lost of control over oil companies that Mossadegh nationalized. It was backed by the CIA & MI6, clearly showing western hegemony over the Middle East. They installed the Shah, a very oppressive dictator who ruled for decades and completely sold (not so literally) Iran to the US power.

  • @Eralun This oppression was “blown back” in 1979 when Iranians overthrew him and threatened to kill Americans hostages. This has been admitted by the CIA. Not all of them actually, recently Sergeant Frank Wuterich was sentenced 3 months to jail for killing 24 civilian Iraqis (including women, children and elderly). Then it was announced that he will not receive any prison time rather he’ll get his salary cut short.

  • @Eralun US has supported terrorist group Jundallah which ironically came into spotlight in 2005 when Ahmadinejad came into power (subsequently appearing the ambition of nuclear capability) under the excuse of “having equal rights for Sunnis”. Nor you’re taking in count the murder of Iranian nuclear scientists during all the last 3 years proven to be CIA/Mossad-backed.

  • @revillancelot

First I appreciate you not being rude, but again your implying NATO/Arab League, supported a "Al Qaeda" revolution, because one rebel commander in the west was once (it has since disbanded) part of the Libyan Islamic resistance group, which was linked to Al Qaeda, is a pathetic and typical conspiracy theorist half truth.

It was about killing all rebels, which was the entire city, if not the entire country, after all look what he tried to do Misrata.

  • @revillancelot I remember when the revloution started throughtout the entire country, for the first couple of weeks it looked like he might fall, soliders were refusing to shoot their own people for daring to ask for freedom.

Then Gaddif started to fight back, buying sub-sahara mercinares (which is why Blacks are now so disliked) and pushing back, till it looked like Benghazi might fall, while calling for the death of all the rats and dogs. Then French war planes destoryed his advanceing tanks

  • @revillancelot

You ask me if I think stopping a blood bath far worse then just 30,000, is morally right? fuck yes, what kind of question is that? By your logic we should have never fought Nazi Germany because so many people died, the Americans should never have revolted, because who need Freedom as long as you are alive?

You're right many civilians were killed deliberately, by Gaddif, shame on you for trying to ignore how the revolution started.

  • @revillancelot

How many cease fires did the rebels call over Sirte and Bani Walid, so civilians could escape. How many did Gaddif call while he butchered to people of Misrata? None, How many did he call in his mad dash for Benghazi? Two, the first after the French planes destroyed his vanguard, however as soon as he called it, he continued again

and the second time after his first trick failed

For the entire duration of the revolution, they said Gaddif could leave peacefully.

  • @revillancelot

You're not being intellectually honest, your being intellectually cowardly, and anti-west at any excuse.

I've already agreed that the Iranain coup was a bad thing.

Same for the murders, but you haven't give a reason how its a "US" atrosity.

Irain has accused the US, UK and Israel of supporting Jundallah and murdering those nuclear scientists but nothing has been actually "proven", so again your telling half truths.

  • @revillancelot

Now I understand not thinking war is a good idea, but you take it from not supporting a war, to supporting any dictator as long as he is anti-west, no matter what kind of evil he does or encourages.

I realise your a conspiracy theorist, but I hope one day you stop being so naivé, this world is shit awful, and trying to go for the easiest path because you think the lose of life by the west is a automatic, we are so evil, is a shameful thing to do.

    Vive la Libya!

  • @Eralun And sorry for not responding till today, I've been busy at college.

  • @revillancelot

Assisting the Afghan tribes (some of whom would later support the Taliban, who in turn supported Al-Qaida) in their struggle to free them selves from USSR imperialism is hardly a atrocity.

The actions of a mere handful of US solider's butchering civilians for fun is of course a terrible atrocity, but carried out by them, not under the orders of the US, hardly making it a "US atrocity", as I understand it they are also currently under trail.

    Please list some actual "Atrocities"

  • @revillancelot Sure buddy. If the Middle East didn't have the US it would be heaven. a lot of these conflicts have nothing to do with Shiite vs Sunni animosity that has been raging a thousand years before the birth of America. Everyone in the Middle East is a vile puke in same way or another. No matter who we get involved with over there bad results are going to take place because they are primitive, savage, cavemen. Shall I list all the atrocities Muslims have committed?

  • @chuck3668831 I don't deny Islamic crimes, they're obviously wrong. Not everyone in the middle east is a vile puke, the vast majority of Muslim don't agree with alQaeda, look at the Lebanon, it's quite a secular country (despite there's some wackos). But many actions by fanatics are reactions from certain Western countries. Bin Laden for example cited US troops in Saudi Arabia and US support for Israel's crimes against Palestinians as his reasons for 9/11.

  • @revillancelot Bin Laden also said he wants the 2 million Portugese Christians on East Timor next to Indonesia dead. And that because we stopped a genocide he will never forgive the west for stopping the mass murder of every man woman and child on East Timor because we refused a genocidal takeover to a Muslim land. So if you support genocide support it. That will make Al Qaeda not angry with you. Support acid being thrown in the faces of unveiled women. Stop being an intellectual coward.

  • @chuck3668831 Even the CIA has admitted that the 1979 Islamic Revolution/Iranian hostage crises was because of US overthrown of Mossadegh(a famous Iranian), installment of dictator Shah and support for his regime. CIA calls it "blowback" which still continues to this day.

  • @revillancelot There was no Al-Qaeda in the Soviet Afghan war. Bin Laden and al-Zawahiri, formed Al-Qaeda after the war. How was supporting the Mujahideen a war crime? Look up how the Soviet's treated the Afghans and how they conducted that war and if you don't change your mind your immoral.

When you look at the (most anyway) incidents of war crimes committed by soldiers in Iraq most were just following training and the Gunny, LT or captain failed them.

  • @revillancelot plus i agree with the last 3 comments replied to you.

  • @revillancelot You forgot Chile and Salvador Allende's overthrowing by openly fascist general Pinochet

  • WTF? Why is there a "terror free oil" advertisement on a video where Christopher Hitchens says that Venezuela isn't financing terror?

  • Christopher Hitchens really works hard to give credit to his titular position in "the Four Horsemen", by prostituting himself as a warmonger for the fundamentalist right.

  • @Bazompora I agree w/ you. Although I agree w/ Hitchens on religion (cuz i'm a nonbeliever) I disagree w/ him on the intervention of Iraq and Afghanistan.

  • @Bazompora lol , that's the fucking truth!

  • Chavez is a sinister clown.

  • fucking stupid media

  • Your computer generated voice is very annoying...

  • @MaskedMarvyl Yes, it is annoying. Though it's not mine, since I took this video from video.google.com/

  • @revillancelot

check out acapela-box[dot]com .. THAT one is pretty nice.

  • @optimalquasar Are you serious?, have you read more then one book?, do you understand the meaning of common sense?. Did you get passed grade 3 in school?, why do i feel like a fifth grader is truly more intelligent then you?.. hmm.

  • Viva Chavez leader of the free world

  • @PolishAmericanDC hahahahahahahahaha!

  • @PolishAmericanDC I don't know what free world you're referring to. Chavez, just like the US imperialism he so much criticizes, it's a dishonest, authoritarian leader. He controls the oil and give it to his left wing lunatics friends (Castro, Evo Morales, etc) and persecute those who disagree w/ him (Ivan Simonovis, Caracas Nine, etc) . Don't believe the any media nor what Chavez say, be independent and do your own research before making such a huge claim like that. watch?v=EqVqNDcyC44

  • @revillancelot

Cut the crap ! Chavez is the modern day "David against Golieth " (Golieth being the frigging USA! and their silent partners, in international crime, the british fucking govt ) Those two countries have both been raping the world for a least a century!) So, GOOD for Chavez ! for standing up to them and their evil bullshit !!.......... More power too him ! .......... VIVA VENEZUELA AND CHAVEZ

    PS

Im british btw , but to hell with the british govt & the USA , evil bastards !!

  • @ZEITGEISTism Obviously the USA & da British empires have take over the world, I'm myself a critic of the US foreign policy & Tony Blair's support of Bush invasion of Iraq. I'll never deny these facts & I always say that wars are terrorism disguised as democracy that enrich the War profiteers, bankers & corrupt corporations that want 1 world government. But as a very well informed Venezuelan I can tell you that Chavez is not the best example of democracy, do your research buddy.

  • @revillancelot

you are misinformed. you are brain washed just like everyone was about iraq and afghanistan. look at chavez more closely and youll see all that dictator stuff is a load of shit.

  • @apacheslim I'm not misinformed, I'm a very well informed Venezuelan, I know the situation of my country I live here everyday and know how hard it's the daily life. I never said Chavez is a dictator but the 2nd time he was elected he committed fraud, bought elections (Walid Makled has the document to prove it, 2million $ were paid), and btw I am not a warmonger in anyway. Iraq & Afghan war are based of lies to enrich the war profiteers, I know this. I'm not a stupid brainwashed republican.

  • @revillancelot

hAHAHHA and you are obviously one of the richer venezuelans that have internet and probably a good education too. You never had to worry about not having electricity a working toilet or running water. So you can come here with your outlandish claims and take advantage of cynical ignorant western peoples ignorance but you wont fool me. Ive seen this shit in Chile where im from. I see how people like you latin america dont give a shit about the poor.

  • @apacheslim Actually no, I'm middle class, never have been a wealthy person, and I have had my problems too, electricity all the time we're complaining about it, I have never had problems with lacking of food but problems with money yes a lot. I don't have car, I go in bus to any place, I'm not bullshitting you about the Venezuelan situation. And despite what it's heard most poor people (that i know) aren't Chavez supporters. Believe me...I know what telling you.

  • @revillancelot

I dont know whether to believe you or not. All I know is that Chavez isnt robbing the nation blind like your past presidents. Therefore he remains in power and remains popular with most of the people. I think it is far fethced to say he is a dictator or cheating.

  • @apacheslim How innocent & unaware you are buddy. Chavez isn't a dictator but he's authoritarian, he claims everyone opposing him is a traitor. If Chavez was really creating a revolution like he claims he is, you'd see this change in mainstream news like it happened in Brazil, but however Venezuelan hasn’t changed too much (violence has actually grown almost 300%, and despite insecurity is among Venezuelans the 1st priority to solve, this is actually the topic that Chavez less touch),

  • @apacheslim of course I know you can point to many contributing factors he provided to the poor (however most poor people I know don’t support Chavez, many reasons why there are still poor people supporting him is because he’s offered them free education and literacy programs and very easy and low educational difficulty), but this “economic revolution” that happened in Brazil during Lula’s administration you don’t see it in Venezuela despite Chavez has been in power for 12 years.

  • @apacheslim Chavez revolution on Education completely sucks, now careers last around 3 or 4 years, since he has taken away many subjects important in studies, finally the person studying under this educative revolution will get his degree and will be extremely ignorant in many aspects. But well, I’m not even beginning on Chavez failures. It sucks that Youtube doesn't allow extremly large replies, but if want to see evidence contradicting your view on Chavez, just send me a message and I'll

  • @apacheslim provide u w/ +100 links that show corruption and dishonesty on the Chavez administration + the enrichment of Chavez family, on Venezuela & abroad. You’re as brainwashed & delusional as Fox News people.

  • @ZEITGEISTism Chavez is a fraud. He will never be a George Washington revolutionary for the very reason that he cannot give up his presidency. If he really believed in his politics, he'd have a pedigree of young people he could endorse. Why doesn't he? He secretly funds other governments, (like we do) at the expense of his own people and the so called public resources he claims are theirs. Tell me how that is revolutionary you limejuicing fuck stick Brit. You people are entitled to no opinions.

  • @TheBassImprov

LOL ur pathetic, ignorant comment doesn't dignify a response ! But what the hell, I'm in a generous mood today (lucky you !) So, I say this (In keeping with the spirit of YOUR language ) .I suggest u shut you're filthy uneducated mouth. You're comment exposes nothing but your true ignorance And you're crappy "opinion" is proof that you're just a typical brainwashed yanky imbecile IN DENIAL

    PS

Hey whats that noise?? OH its just ur SHRINK telling u its TIME to get back on ur MEDS

  • @ZEITGEISTism Nice argument you ignorant fucking limejuicer. Not even a fact or a point to refute. You people have become so filled with garbage just like the folks in my country. Why don't you go on to another continent and fuck it up, then in 50 years come back apologetic and criticize U.S. foreign policy. Oh yeah because you can't any more. Your little country, which produces jack shit can't, relying on its UN brothers is in complete paralysis. Weak copycat douchebags!

  • @optimalquasar The best bullshit.

  • Zionist Gebels style propaganda is back

  • @PolishAmericanDC "Gebels"

  • lol! "You can think of a better phrase than that." Classic
