please someone answer, my denon dns1200 has 110v written on the back.. ive used it with 240v before and nothing happened but it was just a couple of min.. so should i keep on using it with 240v or what?! please answer.

de update it's easy ,this are the steps.

1.download into the pc de denon dns 1200 update

2.this update is in a zip folder.extract the files.

3. look for the file S1200FW BIN FILE

4.send it to the memory flash drive.

and then fallow the steps from the video, i hope this be a good help.

Just unzip the file you downloaded. Inside will be the BIN file and also a PDF instruction file. Put the BIN file on a thumb drive and do as the video instructs.

I've downloaded the update from denon website and i see the file you are talking about. I followed your instructions but after I push cue it tells me that there are no files and to power off. HELP!!!!

you need to unzip the file first.;)

the reason that you update thesedecks is because they bring out improvements to the deck the lastest update is v2100 i think which has improved loads including the pitch, so beat matching will be just that little bit more accurate with less effort plus they have now added the ability to use mp3 cds aswell as aduio cds.hope this helped

I think the update is to make your player able to play mp3 disc's...but I'm not 100% sure about that.

the midi is probaly good but i had some problems trying it out with my cds at the shop

one of the best for this price, good sound, maybe plater/jog is quite small and at the first time seems to be fragile, but still this is good unit. It has USB and MIDI support .. so it's very handy when you using e.g. Traktor DJ. And it's DENON :)
