Executive order 11110 was signed by Kennedy and would have effectivley gotten rid of the federal reserve because it can't compete with currencys that actually retain value. Low on behold Kennedy died after he enacted it. Thats why they pulled the half dollars out of circulation. End the Federal Reserve please. Its not part of the government. Its as Federal as Federal Express (fedex). The constitution only allows the government to issue money... not a private bank.
