I've seen a lot of anime characters; and most of the ones pictured in this video, I wouldn't necessarily call "original."  Swimsuits and school uniforms are nothing new.

ロック ポリパテ - putty "Rock" it is two-part putty for car repair. In general, fit any quick-drying (4-6 min) two-part putty for car repair with low porosity. You can buy it at any auto parts store.

Whenever you work with epoxy or bondo products always wear gloves and masks.

The material he is using is polyester finishing putty or icing putty which is used in the automotive refinishing trade over coarser filler such as Bondo. It can be purchased at any automotive body shop supplier or at many parts shops. The Bondo brand polyester putty dries once mixed within 5 minutes while other brands have working times up to 15 minutes. Not recommended to come in contact with skin.

talked to my Japanese friend, he said the putty is Rock Polyester Putty.. i can't find it anyplace but im sure just about any polyester putty would be about the same.. either way watch out guys this stuff IS toxic.. so use caution when you handle it (the smell and it can poison your skin too apparently, so thin rubber gloves might be needed i really don't know)

from your local hardware store you can buy Bondo(the stuff used to repair small dents or holes in cars) and it pretty darn cheap too.

It is almost the exact same stuff.

But be warned they are not cheap I got a standing order with Fuji TV for them.
