Where do you get your microwaves? Do you get them new or used?

I get them on Ebay elkinsinbox. They usually cost an average of 90-100 new or used with shipping. This is the only best way I found thus far as there is no local good source for them. If anyone has a microwave they want to get rid of, I will pay their actual shipping cost provided it does not exceed $40 through Paypal and I credit their microwave as a donation on every episode their microwave appears on. Their microwave must be guaranteed to work if I am going to pay the shipping for it.

i got a vintage sharp halfpint/mini microwave,another sharp & a daewoo, found a old GE but it got roaches inside of it so i am not bring it home :P, probally just put a airbag inside of it to get rid of the bugs !

Open the cover of it, spray with raid or the bug spray from a local store. let it sit with the cover on loose, the bugs will be DEAD. Then it can be brought inside.

You tried craigslist & kijiji, right? Savers has microwaves dirt cheap. Most just need a 15a/125v fuse to bring it to life. Replace fuse=good as new :)

This microwave did die after about eighteen productions. I am looking for another Quasar turn dial microwave from the early 1980s to produce more HDee(M) Episodes with. These are by far the best microwave I have ever used AnalogueJosh.
