i have this same electric piano, the Hohner Pianet N. i have been adjusting the new hammers on the pianet for over a year now. sounded good but now im getting a sudden volume loss that wont go away and a popping noise every 10 seconds. i think that i need to replace all the old electrolytic caps on the pcb. have you ventured into this yet?
@Mouseketeerboy No, I haven't done the caps on mine yet, but did order the cap kit from clavinet.com. Will let you know how it goes, when I get a chance to do the rebuild.
You can remove the static in in your pianet N with copper shielding tape. see our video on it.
