Is that a joke? First of all, the radial nerve is an excellent target, but a small woman cannot blow out a thug's radial nerves with just a bit of tricep force. Nor is she going to "launch" him. Only to dance backwards into his buddies? Also, why is she waiting for him to mount her?

The minute he moves, she should strike. If he pushes her down, she has a clean groin shot. Missing that, she has his eyes, eardrums, and throat. Missing that, fist-grab his ring finger and break to the side.

I believe that even a bit of knowledge is better than no knowledge and women as well as men should do everything in their power to be prepared to protect themselves. That being said, this is the worst self defense instructional video i have ever seen. Do NOT waste your time with anything from Expert Village. if you are serious about getting solid information, i would suggest Krav Maga and Gracie University as the number one resource for modern effective personal protection.

Not likely to work.

One needs to trap the hand (and sometimes leg too) on the same side before you 'buck' with the hips, or the attacker is not going anywhere.
