Actually when you run the game from sd card it launching to the Wii memory

so there is no different

you will have to delete some games :(

All the SD Menu does is copy the game to your wii real quick, so that you can play it. You need enough free space for 1 virtual console/wiiware game on your wii.

You are now able to use channels from the SD card. For people like me, it is a great thing. I didn't used to have enough memory on my Wii to keep my channels but now I can just put them on my SD card to bypass the Wii's limited space.

You can install version 4 and keep the Homebrew Channel if it is already installed before you update. But I'm sure an update will come to the Homebrew Channel bypassing this.

Nope, the HBC will work the same and your Wii will be fine. Just make sure you don't delete it because as of now you can't reinstall it.
