hmm... I don`t really know what kind of codecs after effects accepts. I would say most files with normal file extensions like .avi .mpg4. I myself never had any problem with after effects not accepting my files, but if it doesn`t work with after effects you can try to convert the file with another software

Correct me please if I am wrong, but doesn`t After Effects and Photoshop have similar tools?... (I don`t really use Photoshop, meaning that I can`t help you in that issue if I am wrong with my thesis)

photoshop is for photos -.- try gimp. you could use it for animation and photo editing.

you just need to go to file->export and hope that media player can read the codec of your rendered video xD, if not try to rerender/reexport it with another codec or even another format with, I mean with another file extension

motion tracking should have time control because it is working with the frames if you mean that if not just upload a picture and send me the link so I can see what is wrong with it

It is hard to say an exact date because I have still to make (only) 2 animation for my presentation about nuclear fission and nuclear power station... but I will try to do it fast ^^

erm If you mean, that the sharingan thing shouldn`t overlay the whole eye, then I know how to do it: just change the opacity to something lower If you don`t mean that, than I am just to dumb to understand what you want to ask X.x
