Any good livestock producer does not beat or abuse their animals because of the maet quality. A stressed or beaten cow's meat have such a low quality of meat that I personally would not eat. God gave us stewardship over animals to treat them humanely until, for some, it was time to be slaughtered (again, humanely). Branding is not humane. It inflicts obvious and serious pain on the animal. There are other ways to mark an animal for ownership -- like ear tagging, dye or implanted chips.
Having myself once suffered a deep searing scarring burn, I have an inkling of what the animals go through. Branding is no longer necessary. There are alternatives. Please stop this cruelty.

Any good livestock producer does not beat or abuse their animals because of the maet quality. A stressed or beaten cow's meat have such a low quality of meat that I personally would not eat. All those videos of people beating, dragging or abusing animals is a clear portrayal of a stupid person that doesn't care very much about having a productive cattle operation, or they are filmed in international areas where the people don't care or aren't educated about quality meat production.

That's why the cows usually stop struggling at the end of the branding. It's something that needs to be done and if u don't like it. Women, after childbirth have a threshold for pain that makes men look like kittens. Does this mean that it is right to put women through more pain, needlessly, just because they can take it?
Doctors are used to seeing people in pain, yet I've never seen a doctor laugh about someones pain. Also, if they did so, I don't know anyone that wouldn't label them a saddist.

All I will say is the a pain threshold is in other words the ability to tolerate pain (I.E. push the thought of pain to the back or your mind). They do fill it for a couple days depending on how severe the burn actaully is, I have branded 5,000+ cattle/horses hot and freeze branding to date, I am a female brander too. this said -
The gal should have been more mature around the iron, they can burn into human flesh easy and can cause severe burns to the skin. (Humans are NOT as thick skined as livestock) glad no one got hurt! Be more careful next time! I was more worried about the man in front getting touched by it their at the end HA
