The voice-over on this clip is an actual reading by Robert Frost himself. It hasn't been sped up, only paused occasionally for the purposes of the short film. He had a naturally dry reading voice. I have some other recordings by Frost that are very similar.
the road not taken ive not traveled it many a time espically when i was in europe i can only imagine what i missed by not taking it i hope not chicks with massive tits or ass to conjure it up makes me agahst
Pretty good. The voice over was a bit fast but suiting none the less. I liked the use (or imitation I'm not sure) of an old man's voice to dictate a young boy's journey. The use of scenery was effective in conveying atmosphere to the audience and so was the use of B&W but due to the boy's jittery acting and the fast and sometimes un-emotive voice over I couldn't help but feel like I was being rushed the poem like I had somewhere to be. If I had somewhere to be I wouldn't be on YouTube.
i am a little weary of intellectual reviews on youtube that consist of any words over the 4-letter count that most users seem to manage. Are you sure the reading you are criticising here isn't the poet himself?
FYI from an English educator:

it's the lack of commas that kills me.

sóhajtok majd az emlékén
mind messzebb jutva az évekkel:
szétvált az út és fordultam én
a járatlanabbra rátérvén
s az összes többi is ott dőlt el

aztán a másikra fordultam
az egyenesre -- s tán így volt jó:
füves volt ez s inkább járatlan
bár azt még innen is láthattam:
a kettő ugyancsak hasonló

ROBERT FROST: A MÁSIK ÚT
sárga erdőbe két út futott
sajnos nem lehet nem dönteni
magányos vándor a csalitot
lestem míg szemem elláthatott
ahogy az egyiket elnyeli
