Reiki is a bunch of stupid baloney bullshit. Thanks to a bunch of uneducated wolfshirt harpies, my mother now believes she has magical powers. She tried this bullshit on me and it was incredibly depressing to see her brainwashed into thinking she can manipulate chi and 'positive energy'. I set up a blind experiment and she failed to tell the difference between my hand and thin air. This is why we need more science education in schools, so there are less con artists getting away with this.

Sitting comfortably, with eyes closed, internal breathing from the nose, but slow, and external breathing from the mouth but slow. This is a repetitive process.
Believe me, there's no placebo effect in Reiki. I've treated some people at the distant, who didn't know at all wht is Reiki... I'd just told them that I'd be sending ''some love and light''... When I asked them the next day how it felt, they all told me they got so relaxed that they fell asleep and then they felt wonderful!

Take two bowls and put some cooked (sorry for my english) rice in it. Then reiki the rice on the 1st lets say bowl, while forgetting the rice in the other bowl. do this for some days like 15 or 20 or whatever.... See what happens with your own eyes... I did it for 2 weeks and the rice in the 1st ball was ok, but the other had gone off.

People talk about truth in this world. I know without a shadow of a doubt....that reiki is....an absolute...TRUTH! I can also say that as I am a reiki practitioner and give donation healings. I've used it on myself for a year and a half now. If it didn't do anything I wouldn't be using it. It's high frequency subtle energy.
What a lot of people don't understand about subtle energy is that it's too sensitive for any scientific instruments to detect. It's very possibly beyond the range of gamma ray detection. The human consciousness is subtle energy. This discussion about it though is futile. The only way to prove reiki is to experience it yourself. I've used it for myself for and I Know it is TRUTH. The truth is what you know, not what you are told. Animals also love reiki. My cats love it. Have a session :)

I agree on that, ofc i do! But, so far nobody has been able to put forth any convincing evidence that reiki or any other form of energy healing actually does anything.

What a lot of people don't understand about subtle energy is that it's too sensitive for any scientific instruments to detect. It's very possibly beyond the range of gamma ray detection. The human consciousness is subtle energy. This discussion about it though is futile. The only way to prove reiki is to experience it yourself. I've used it for myself for and I Know it is TRUTH. The truth is what you know, not what you are told. Animals also love reiki. My cats love it. Have a session :)

Some people find it more difficult than others to understand and feel their spiritual energy.
Just have faith in yourself. Sit somewhere in your room but before ask your roommates/family/friends gently not to bother you for a couple hours.
Close your eyes and try to notice your health, your love, your fear...Try to meditate for a while.
You can find the really important answers in yourself, just try it.

Well no doubt a lot of scientists would say it is based on suggestion and the placebo effect. But then again, science has also proven that the placebo effect can have better healing results then the actual medicine. That then again proves that self healing powers exists in us all.

Reiki is the unconscious energy usage of the mind : ) Thats how it knows where to go. Intension is a brilliant way to control this, only, when you are practising this, try to become an observer (this is most important) have not the expectation, this is so your allowing the unconscious mind to fly forward to your body.
