you can make simple sites on photoshop and link them on dreamweaver. there are heaps of tutorials online, just google it.

if u dont have photoshop.. there are heaps of free webhosts out there that allow u to create a site with a few clicks.

or, theres also blog sites and such, where u can sign up for an account and post blogs on your own page.

also, im a design student so if u want me to make u a site sometime on the holies (i see u live in australia) , just email me. i'll do it for free!
