Populations of birds will hopefully improve, since the fox and the raccoon dog eats the bird's eggs. You cannot really eat the fox, but what you can do is to make use of its fur

I'm not against hunting, even though foxes are my favourite animals, and I do love animals, I'm not against hunting foxes neither. I personally would never hunt a fox unless absolutely necessary. People rage too hard on hunting. I love shooting, but I wouldn't shoot anything living unless forced to it. When I was child we've had about dozen goose. They all were killed by single fox. Only two or three were dead as the rest were suffering and had to be killed. The population is not under control either. It's growing rapidly and that means more houses because for the average person it's: move out, get a job, get married and have kids and house. And that means more land will be used and destroy forests for houses.

I'd love to get the chance to hunt fox sometime. I primarily hunt American Raccoons using a feeder. I prefer that over using dogs to tree them.

The problem with anti-hunters is; they don't realize that hunting is controlled. There are certain amount of animals you are allowed to bag without endangering the population. In fact, in some circumstances hunting is needed to keep the population in control. Hunters are the best environmentalist there are. They feed the animals in harsh times, make the environment better for them, keep track of them and the population of predators in control. You anti-hunters don't do any of this.

When I was child we've had about dozen goose. They all were killed by single fox. Only two or three were dead as the rest were suffering and had to be killed. Foxes are beast that don't belong at all some locations. Some of them have been brought to envinroment by humans and they seriously can affect other wild life. This wild life needs to be hunted and restricted. Think about that you citizen activist, especially ones that set free these beasts.

In Sweden red fox is in no way endangered.
Up towards the higher mountains it is actually issued an all year permit to hunt red fox, this is in an attempt to save the mountain fox who are in fact endangered. It is the red fox invading their territory that make them endangered to the level they are today.
It was a good calling and a good shot by a very competent hunter.

Yes, if we dont hunt foxes, they will go out of food and die as species, we shure dont want this happen, so hunters are good and actually preserve foxes from themselves.
