The ZX14 Ninja SPORTS EDITION has 198 hp, but since the ZX-10R 2011 Ninja has over 200 hp, has a 400cc smaller engine, and weighs about 50 kg LESS, it is far more superior, in every aspect but the "it-is-more-stable-at-300-km/h-which-is-good-since-i-always-go-that-fast". The ZX14 Ninja is NOT A GOD.
@henraisse what about torque? the 154 nm of the zzr1400 vs 115nm of the zx10r ? and the zzr still has 203 ps with the ram air :) As far as i know, the only production bike faster than the factory maped zzr is the 2011 revised Busa, Even so, an zzr with a remaped ecu map (improved low end power) will still obliterate the new busa. Tried and tested, both on dyno and on track ;)
@cyberiatrance You are right about those bikes being very different, however, GSX-R, R1, CBR1000RR, BUSA, ZZR...all have the same max speed - 299 km/h. Limitation put by the factories. The difference is actually acceleration. In the corners, the supersport bikes take the lead because of their weight and riding position. Straight line or loong fast corners, Busa and ZZR are kings because of their weight and lenght which makes them extremy stable at very high speeds.

R-1 is a supersport bike and ZX like Busa is a Hypersport turer. built for different things. not circuit race R-1 and GSX-R can be faster than hypersport bikes on acceleration and handling but they dont have the max speed busha and ZX have.
@faded2blak im talking about commercials so what are YOU bitchin about? and still if you r gonna say anything do your research first. ZX-14 might be the first 2-3 seconds in front of the busa but after 3000 rpm busa says bye-bye...

I own the 2008 ZX-14 and just rode it home from work... the bike is so stupid fast that I really shouldn't even be here for another 5 minutes :)
