The taunts were one of the things that made this game so great. Just throw out a taunt and chip at your enemy's Inner Strength whenever you're in no danger of getting your head knocked off.

It's too bad they changed Jetta's taunt from "pig" to "bastard" in CftDS, though. I rather liked "pig". :-(

I usually had to run and jump like hell to get away from RAX's Overload, though. Trident really couldn't do much else about that one. :-/

This was my fav game on Genesis. I beat it at least once with every player. It took me a verrry long time to do that. RAX was my best guy though.

I miss this game so much! I was always Shadow, Jetta, Blade and Ramses.

This game kicked Mortal Kombat ass!! And Im a HUGE MK fan!, but compared to this, MK was nothing!! And if they made another one of these, it would be nothing again. Eternal Champions forever!!

This one rocked, i was best with Larcen (coolest fighting character EVER along with King from the first Tekken), Xavier and Trident.

I own an Xbox 360, a PC, Nintendo DS, PS2, Gamecube, Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast. I recently bought a Neo Geo, too.

I have no time to play all of those, i keep most of them just for collection purpose, playing with them every once in a while.

It would be a waste to buy a Genesis with EC to play it once or twice.

P.S. To the idiot who gave me a -1, i PAYED the actual cartridge, then i lost it.

God I loved this game back in the day. They need to make a new one. My fave characters to use were Shadow and Trident. And yeah, Larcen was a pain in the ass. Cool background though with the drive by.

I've played in on Sega CD, the graphics seem a good bit lower quality in that version than they do in this one, but maybe it's just that rom, I dunno.

I use to play with Larcen, but I was young back then and he was the easiest to use for me. Now I think I would probably have to go with somebody a bit more interesting to use.

Actually yes I do. I've went through 1 Genesis so far, the one used in this movie, I got from a new & used store for $10. But yeah, its all good.

Larcen was cool. He seemed to have a great counter-move for anything. I loved that character.

Larcen was always a pain. My best character was Blade. It takes skill to do well with Rax, so kudos if he's your best character.

Yeah, Shadow was indeed hard. She kept using that shadow move. What made me angry was that when you lose, you have to star 3 characters behind.
