    Have a great day Rocky:)

  • @1minuterecipe Thank you!

  • I have an issue with patience and onions! what is your secret to letting them do their thing-- I know it helps flavor profile!

  • @cabernetqueen I start the onions first and then I do other prep work...sometimes I really just walk away for a bit and watch a youtube vid. LOL I'm bad at waiting them out too sometimes...I'm getting better though!

  • i finally feel like cooking again! thanks for always being here!

  • @cabernetqueen I miss your cooking vids! <3

  • Very nice Rocky!

  • @TheVittleVlog Thank you!

  • Who needs potatoes when there is cauliflower?! Not I. I like to eat raw foods as much as I can so I make cauliflower popcorn. We cut the cauli into small pieces & coat it all in a little olive oil then sprinkle with nutritional yeast which is a cheese substitute, then dehydrate. This could also be done in the oven slowly with door just open. Just something to share with you. I love watching your vids, I get good idea's that I like to make for my family & sometimes me. Thankyou for sharing Hugs x

  • @PointingTheWeigh Oh, wow...that sounds marvelous! I keep saying this but I seriously need to get a food dehydrator. I'm missing out on so much fun!

  • This is such a good idea, thanks.

  • @brightday02 Thank you!

  • I LOVE cauliflower and am always on the lookout for low carb alternatives to potatoes. I will definitely be trying this one.

  • @TheKitchenWitch1 Let me know what you think!

  • That looks so good CHEF ROCKY!!!! What's the WW points on this recipe? Are you still doing WW? I just started doing the Flex I don't like the Points + program. :)

  • @MrsQTLulu I don't follow WW anymore in the sense of counting points. But I do still pay attention to nutritional facts and serving sizes and what my plate should look like.

  • Delicioso! I love it! I make a casserole like this but mine is not as healthy as yours! Lovely!

  • @pastryparrot1 You should make it on your channel. I want to see!

  • This looks fantastic Rocky! I love cauliflower! and this looks like a great dish to me! I love it! I love creamy cheese cauliflower I have to try this soon!

  • @slolita1 Thank you!

  • love the recipes with cauliflower since it is great for us following low carb - any other recipes you can share would be great - thanks again = hope you enjoyed halloween and had a great time with your friend and family

  • @loribelt24 I'll be doing one tonight that will probably be up on Wednesday. I seem to be on a big cauliflower kick lately. LOL Rich really likes it too.

Thank you! Hope you had a fun Halloween too!

  • Rocky, just wondering...I have never tried almond milk before. Does it have a strong almond taste? When you use it in recipes like this one, does it give the dish an almond flavor? Thanks for your great recipes!

    ~Pamela

  • @newjourney2011 You know it's actually doesn't. I suppose if you drank it on it's own you might pick up some almond flavor but in a recipe I've never tasted it.

  • Hey Rocky!! I have a tall order for ya... let's see if it can be done. I'm looking to make some sort of mashed potatoes but here is the catch. My sister is allergic to the hormones they give cows to stay pregnant for long periods of time. Yep, weird I know. So she can't have any dairy, no cheese milk butter etc and so forth. Any ideas for thanksgiving creamy goodness? Any products that you've come across would be a huge help!!!

  • @hairbyash Hey Ash, there's actually quite a few options you could use. To make the potatoes moist enough to smash up you could use either a little bit of chicken broth or almond milk or soy milk. To make it creamy you could use soy cheese and maybe some Fage Greek Yogurt. I mainly use soy cheese for the dishes I eat since I'm allergic to soy and it's actually really good. It melts like a dream!

  • Thanks for sharing. I've wanted to try this for a while and now I can use your recipe.

  • @bellagrace714 You're welcome and thank you!

  • That looks SO delicious rocky!

  • @trulyjess Thanks Jess!
