also, the final riddle means that the area you were in was an ancient graveyard. It sits on parallel dimensions. Giratina is able to fade into and out of the dimensions. He is one of the original pokemon like Palkia and Dialga. In fact he is one of them. They are a trio like Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza.

also, the puzzle is that you must find Giratina within the time it takes to go through 30 rooms or less. You must make it to him in under 30 rooms and find 3 pillars. After you find the third pillar, the next room, no matter what, will have Giratina.
