Nice vid Sarah, im 29 born with CF. Also a tennis player/coach, personal trainer and Canadian ski instructor. I think a positive can-do attitude, coupled with as much exercise as the individual can manage is definetely the key to winning the fight.

mynephew has CF and he was diagnosed at birth he is now 18 years old and having teouble coping with the illness in general so i had recommended him to watch your videos and of course he k ows cf patients from childrens but you seem like you might be an inspiration to him keep up the positive...Bless you
