@MisoraOkada It's called HourGlass and it's from the album called 'Prime Impulse'. The Licence to use the music is available from the Unique Tracks website costs around $40 US.
@DeterminedWiII No offense but I think you need to look at our western governments policy regarding third world debt rather than a nail technician who is trying to make a living. Yes our industry maybe seen as a luxury, but for the people who work hard and pay their taxes, why not?
@InvertedNailSystems My dad has worked hard for 58 years, served his country in Vietnam, and now that he got sick he only gets half a paycheck and can barely afford to live. How is that fair? He deserves money and a good retirement. Then people like this just throw money around like its a joke. wtf....
@MooseDaAirsoft With all due respect, your fathers situation is down to the government not looking after the people who count , especially after they have served their country, that is inexcusable. But you are making comparisons with a brave man in the military to a business in a completely different industry, which is actually a little unfair. Your father chose to go to war just as we chose to enter the nail industry. We would never judge your fathers decisions or what he did in Vietnam.
@InvertedNailSystems He was forced to Vietnam. I just think its wrong that people are allowed to throw around money like that. The rich make my father poor.
@MooseDaAirsoft I feel for your fathers situation and you are obviously a passionate person and love him dearly but please know that what we are showing here is purely a demonstration of using a little bit of gold leaf (which cost less than £5.00) to create a set of nail extensions. Ok it's not everyone's cup of tea, but hey originally we were asked to do it for a clients wedding nails and they looked cool, so we decided to make a video to show others. I think this matter should be left ok?
@animeloverxl Their false nails so they are fake lol. The glitter is just at the smile line to help neaten up the edge, keep it nice and crisp. But the rest of the nail is 24k Gold leaf.
@cutiepie3423 We use our own range, but as you know there is a great price and quality divide on the acrylics that are available to nail techs. Some brands are less advanced and cheap others are the latest and most advanced which cost more. Using the more expensive range will determine the overall cost of creating the set and this will influence the nail techs individual price to her / his clients. With regards to the 24k Gold leaf, I think we paid less than £5 for a small sheet. HTH's
Hi, for this particular set of nails we used real gold leaf (it's not that expensive and it was very difficult to use because it crumbles) but you can buy the nail art gold leaf which is like a gold foil. You get the same effect and its much easier to work with :-)
Hi, no it's actually 24k Gold leaf. We have another video on our channel from an live webcast demo we did last year showing exactly how you embed the gold leaf into the Inverted Mould. Hope that helps :-)
I make these using gold leaf, really thin sheets of gold. you can get enough to do ten fingers for only $5 or so on the internet, ebay is a good place, if you were interested.
my god its like, no actually, it is throwing 24K gold in the trash!!! this person needs to get a life BIG TIME, but I have to say whoever did these nails, did an amazing job, and as for the one who is wearing them, you are REAL IDIOT!!!!!!!
Hi, thanks for your...interesting comments, as mentioned on previous comments they are 24k Gold Leaf, same stuff as you see floating around in bottles of cinnamon schnapps.
''24k Gold''? its not actually realk gold but....y is it called 24k and i really dnt understand what 'inverted' means? i really like the design and im going to do the same but mabey dffrent shade.....?
Hi the K stands for Karat, the jewellery measure of how pure the gold is. 24k is pure gold (100%) then you can have 18k (75%) all the way down to 10k which is about 40% gold. The product we used to create the nail extension is called an Inverted Mould. If you check out our other videos you will see what we mean. HTH's
