I tried getting this phone and the rep said they had it and tried to order it for me, but the system didn't let her. I think bewitchedgirl got in early before this hold was put into place. Oh well maybe you will have better luck

well for the first question, no they will give you a step up from the env ( as long as you have insurance) the env2 or if you go the 29th when the env3 comes out they most likely will. and no they will only give you the step up from your phone the env2 or 3 thats it.

yes this phone is versatile. the keypad is very nice...very close to voyager's keyboard. Its a good mix of the dare and the versa. I was offered the phone thru customer service.
