  • I have those dreams too. I am walking but there is always some effect of paralysis hanging on. Then I wake up and realize that I'm still paralyzed.

  • Terrible! :(

  • God bless you.

  • Our thoughts our with you Rob -- keep fighting, keep hoping, stay strong, man.

  • God bless you man, I hope they research cures for this. Spinal injuries are terrible:(

  • God bless him

  • Stem cells may be his only hope.

  • Recently, a friend of mine was in a car accident. She was sprung out of the car, not wearing a seatbelt. One of the worst spinal C3 injuries doctors ever seen. Listening to your story and seeing this video really makes me appreciate what life is all about and how this life is able to change within seconds. I really appreciate you sharing your story with us and I will pray for you from here on out brother. I cant imagine what you feel but know that I am praying for you, that God will be good to U

  • God bless you, Rob. Thanks for sharing.

  • Your mother is a true hero. God bless her.

  • This is so sad

  • The randomness of life. Things do not happen for a reason, and he did not do anything to deserve this. This is not in any devine plan. The God I believe in does not "allow" these things to happen so this man or someone else can "learn something" from it. He is only a hero in the sense that someone might be inspired by his will to keep living. Maybe some people are inspired by that. Mostly he was just a normal guy at the wrong place at the wrong time. And it could be you or I tomorrow.

  • @TheBurninator50 I agree with what you say, God gives everyone free will and it is up to us to execute that free will in our own lives. We must continue to pray for this wonderful man for God is our savior and our forgiver.

  • im crying during this just dont give up on walking or moving around

  • Where is his father in all of this? Unless his father has passed away, why should all of the burden go to his mother?

  • @stevenabb He passed away a few years back. He was a very, very good man. Met him a few times. Just died of heart problems, just like that.

  • Shout out to all people in situations like this, stay sting god bless you.

  • He is a living hero, he is an inspiration for all of us. When we think that we have a bad day we should think twice, I have so much respect for him and his Mother. It makes me want to work harder to be a better person. I wish I had one third the attitude that this young man has. I am currently in Nursing school because I want to help other people to be the best and healthiest that they can be.

  • props to him his family and everything,,im a paraplegic of 13 yrs,,i can relate bro
