its not a technological shortfall of the mouth not moving properly its lack of observation. Mouths rarely move in perfect symmetry. In fact our eye is used to seeing asymmetry in the face and when we see anything symmetrical we notice it as odd. Pause when the mouth is open and u can see the symmetry of the movement

@JDalart12 i agree however i think that the thing that looks funny is a matter of depth. there is something flat looking about it, that and the relation or space between the teeth and the lips. perhaps the teeth are too clear when she speaks. it could also be the limits of a computer screen as well. to me, the blinking looks unrealistic too but perhaps that is because of the limitations of a screen as it is not comparable to the human eye's perspective... ?

I had the trail of this, and this was the face that welcomed you to the program....this was on an earlier version, since the newer trial versions don't have this face. But yeah, if they kept the audio, you would've heard stuff about how 'awesome' CrazyTalk is. The person who posted this didn't do anything to it....just recorded it. :)
