Its not unfair mate, its just the way things are. Polydor have signed up to a youtube account, so they can put whatever they want(within reason) on here. You say its 'unfair on other record companies', how? if it was some small 'indie' label try to start out, would it be fair then? i say its just smart business from someone whos spotted a free advertsiment. seems pretty fair to me.
