I dnt think it exists as an individual song.

Apparently the female singer is called Claudia Gonzalez-Tenorio. "She is featured on Money Mark’s albums; “Demo or Demolition” and “Brand New By Tomorrow”, released 2007. She also collaborated and appeared with Money Mark on the film “Along Came Polly” starring Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston."

So im guessing that was money mark performing with her in the film, still no luck in finding a track title.

@babygurl59033 The song must not exist as a song, I think it was made only for the film, otherwise I cannot explain why it is impossible to get the name & singer. And why is it not even in the soundtrack, if it features songs that have much less to do with the film than this one? It's a pity, it seemed to be a great song.
