  • Of course Holder made the decision..that's his job.

    He's the atty general.

The tinhatters are too used to the Bush administration where everybody consulted with Cheney before doing anything.

  • Obama says he didnt have anything to do with the New York terror trial decisions. Yeah right, and the sky is green. Obama in 06, while a Senator stated these men would be tried by a military court. I may remind him that Holder works for him and it is his decision. Also, I thought Obama taught law at Harvard? Oh, but he hasnt released his college papers yet. So much for transparency. I believe this is a show trial to put the CIA and the Bush administration on trial.

  • "It's very clear that most Muslims don't consider gender equality or whiskey or movies or elections a dire thret to their families and a life and death issue. But they very clearly see our support for Israel, our support for the dictators that rule them as an offense against both themselves and against their faith." -Michael Scheuer Former CIA Bin Laden Unit Chief May 20 2006

  • When are any of these people in obama's orbit NOT lying? Everytime obama or one of his minions open their mouths, they are LYING!

  • Former attorney general John Ashcroft stated that the attorney general does NOT have the legal authority to make a decision like that. It could ONLY come from Obama or with Obama's authorization.

  • JUDICIARY SEPARATE FROM THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE BRANCH???? Isn't that the foundation for the country

  • The bullshit-o-meter just tacked out. Holder lies just as much as Odumbo.
