Great video! Only Primus has that jam quality sound that attracts everyone but delivers a one of a kind heavy metal wierdness that builds at the base of your spine, crawls across your skin and burrows deep into your brain. If i could relive one concert moment over again it would be seeing My Name is Mud at Bonarroo 04', everyone threw mud and time froze it in mid air while Les's bass ripped through black sky and 100,000 people held the same breath and felt a fear a few of us would never know.

I remember when they debuted this song in Indy for all of us in a Shriners lodge *freemasons lodge* then shortly after Moron TV....i couldn't believe my ears, this song and Moron TV took me to another dimension while i was watching them play their hearts out. And you could tell all the band members were extremely into it which made it feel very serious. I've never felt like i was at a Tool show while at a Primus show in my life, but this time i had to just shut up and watch. Very awesome Les.

If i were to put a TIME PERIOD on this, it would be a album that would of came out in between pork soda and tales from the punchbowl. it has elements from both.......(explain) well there were a couple of drugged out songs on tales BUT they were cleverly hiding it under childish,whimsy music (i didn't catch the full magic of the album until years later, granted i was 11 just about to turn 12 when i got tales the week of its release) continued....

continued........ it was surprising to me when i discovered tales with all its cutesy,uppy music was really their darkest album, Now this song has the dark sound of a few songs from pork (ie.Bob,etc...... its been awhile) and the lyrics remind me of a less potent tales soooooooo my opinion is it sounds like it would of fit in a missed album between the two (although 99.9% no album like that exist, if they had a unreleased album from that period its news to me).Like i said this is just my opinion

Jay Lane was a perfect pick for a drummer. The fack Les stole him away from Phil Lesh and Bob Weir makes it even better. Got tickets to the Red Rocks show with The Flaming Lips in only 24 days! Curious which will be a better show but I think Primus is gonna put on one great show, It sounds like Primus in their hayday and I can't wait for the new album.
