@sonictuber200 for A-C: i believe the arc had some kind of oxygen shield around it and the same could apply for eggman's main ship.. would kinda suck if for him if he went into that robot and the glass broke by one of sonic's attack... as for D: why not? you dont know what happened before this scene maybe sonic took them along with him or just took them back from eggman
