@welge8 Thanks a lot, this video was posted a while ago now, i've since joined the online mod community to develop a game. You give some good advice which i will follow:)
Thanks very much DAMN3DG3. This works a little old now lol, i've been working on UDK for about 2 years now. I currently work for a company that is developing a survival horror game on the PC should be pretty cool!
i have no doubt that if you put as much effort as is needed to become a designer you will get your wish, the industry is currently on its way up (unlike many other industries).. there are a lot of small companies opening to work on IOS/ Android development which is good.
The Meshes come with the copy Unreal Tournament 3 (the UT3 editor, not the UDK) i believe they can be taken and put in the UDK if thats the engine you use?
Yeah I will do, would be good if I could get in contact with you when your free some time to maybe help me out with some Source or UDK. I'm trying to learn UDK on my own at the moment but it's so different than source and it's kinda hard to get used to.
Very nice, I've just started using UDK at salford university, i get to start doing some actual level design in year 2. Plus i already use source to mess around in. I really like you work man, keep it up :)
Heya Estranged19. I do prefer UDK over source, thats true. but also i had alot longer to work on this map. Im considering taking away the source video as the standard is not as high as i set myself lol. Thanks for your comments
Overall level Design is good. You should focus on making your own custom meshes though, along with weapons etc.

This is a ton better than your Source video. Highly detailed and with fluid cutscenes. I take it you prefer UDK over Source?

Thanks. I went to the shops today to get some high quality prints done for my portfolio. Cost £20 but they are worth it lol. Do you have any work?
