- lose bars just by holding it

- the phone can lock down if you mess around with it

- crappy speeds

- looks bad

- just because it looks + feels durable.... it is NOT AT ALL!

@timerunnerproduction I've got an iPhone 4 and I can answer some of your points:

- The signal is good, even if it looses some bars the call never drops.

- How can you mess with this phone? If you mean Jailbreacking, it's the same as messing with Android.

- It doesn't run, it just flights!

- Questionable, I like it very much.

- Not yet a scratch on it, no case, just pouch and rear film.

Android is great, iPhone is great, they're just different! (for an Android I'd buy Galaxy S or maybe Nexus S)

I use the iphone 4 myself, I like it but recommend it if you have a certain phone. If you have the iphone 2g or 3g, I would recommend getting the iphone 4 but if you have the 3gs, it's not that recommended unless certain features are needed that's only on the iphone 4 and not on the 3gs.

FYI there's no issue with receiption. just put a case on iphone 4 and you should be fine. the antenna is sensitive to skin; sucks but the reception is great once the case is on it.

why does everyone call it 4g when it's really not 4g! it just iPhone 4? At&t hasnt released 4g network, therefor iPhone 4 isn't called 4g (doesn't have a build in 4g device).

Well it's the same thing as the upgrade for normal iPhones but with video calling whitch isn't that good considering that it is strictly wi-fi only

I thought the same thing. Get this one now, then you have the option to jump carriers when the new iphone comes out.
