I really like Nuno, he's a killer player, and a good songwriter. But I really, really hate that tappity, stacatto, muted thing he does when the demonstration starts. He does it in a lot of his solos, and it's just fucking annoying. Like that squeak harmonic thing Vai does in a lot of his solos.

This video was only a demonstration of his playing (all be it not the best demonstration) But he has never professed to be a teacher hence why he hasn't made any instructional videos. The only video I'm aware of him doing (and please tell me if I'm wrong) Are guitar world video's & other guitar mag's which he does to promote the new extreme album.

To each his own....what I like best about Nuno is that he perfected the style of "leadythm" guitar to the point where a second guitar would be overkill. Many one-guitar bands sound hollow when they play live, but not Extreme. Nuno's ability to carry the rhythm interspersed with fantastic licks is what sets him apart from the rest.
