When your german is as good as my english I will do so.

This is an arrogant behaviour typical for people from the USA and England. Everybody in the whole world should learn english. But not enough, everyone being not perfect in english is ridiculed.

I will do my next tutorials in german, then you will not understand a single word but it will be perfekt german and you will not have to suffer cause you have to listen to my bad english.

It was not my intention to say that everybody in the US behaves that way. But in 90% of all cases people complaining about foreigners not being able to speak their language like a native speaker are from the US or England. I never heard someone from Italy complaining about my italian or someone from Spain about my spanish, and both are worse than my english. Normaly people tend to appreciate attempts to use their language, even if the outcome is not perfect.

The criticism is done by ignorant people that only speak English or someone too arrogant to understand that there are other languages and countries in this world. Fortunately this is not the case for most Americans, and I'm sure the same applies to people of GB.

The Video is 17 months old.

The Version of Magix used in this video (16) was released two years ago.

So software being two yeas old is ancient. I think this depends on the point of view.

For a two year old child two years is the whole of his life. That could be seen as ancient by the child.

For me, being 40, two years are just 1/20 of my life, which is not very ancient.

i just started using the music maker, and i recorded myself playing guitar, but there's parts where you can hear the feedback and i don't know how to silence small parts of a song anyone know what to do?

Revolta is only available in the premium Version of Magix Music Maker. If you own the premium version in the download version you can download the so called content packs from Magix.

I downloaded Magix Music Maker 16, then I downloaded the content packs from Magix and installed them and then Vita and Revolta 2 where available. I did nothing special. You can use any VST Plug-in Synthesizer by the way. Go to .vst4free.com and have a look. Every single synth there can be yours for free ;). You just have to copy the content to your folder "synths" in your Magix installation folder.

Thanks for showing me this. I know I will buy this now. And for you "lag" problem either you can: Defrag your volume, bigger RAM, bigger HDD, or faster CPU[I'm getting a AMD PhenomIIX4 for Magix to produce music with = ) ]either or all of those things...but just from looking it may have been your CPU strain. But non the less THANK YOU =D!

P.S. I wish I knew 'everything' MAGIX came with because I have the demo of 16 but as long as it comes with Robota drum synth, me=HAPPY!

I have no lag problem while using Magix Music Maker.

(Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz, 4GB Ram, 1TB HDD).

These "lag" problems only occure, when I record a video with "Camtasia Screenrecorder" Software. Magix Music Maker works fine and Camtasia works fine but both running at the same time seems to be to much sometimes. So I guess I will not buy more RAM, bigger HDD or a faster CPU as long as the only problems I have occure while I record videos from what is going on on my screen. :D

@Monitorreiniger Ah that's your problem[just my opinion no offense whatsoever =P] Your using INTEL. To me Intel is a bad multiprocess CPU. Bah! AMD is better for multitasking PC's. That is the reason I am getting PhenomIIX4 then eventually X6 core. Intel balances all programs evenly which is bad because even programs not in use will take a lot of CPU power. With AMD the primary program has the most power and the other programs running in the background are balanced enough to maintain stability.

a faster way to get the default things out of the synths instead of cutting the 5th button over near the top there is "new" which just deletes everything

You are absolutely right. The 5th button on the left side, that looks a bit like a drawer symbol creates a new and clean pattern. So to mark and cut the notes is a detour. I used it, cause I often cut (or copy) notes to paste them elsewhere or to duplicate them. So the included hint that it is possible to mark and cut notes is not a waste of time.
