It's not homebrew, it's a webiste saved to the memory stick with java applications that mimics the appearance and basic functions of Windows. Frostwire is a java version of limewire, so they put frostwire in and use the PSP's java abilities to run the program.

Still can't get it to work though. The program is called pspwvista, the frostwire client goes by a number of names.

I got vista, went to the start menu and then to portals. Then I clicked browse, i had PSPfwire in the common folder, i ran all types from there then i had it.

But it doesn't work...i always get an error message..
