The only retcon in the Dragon Age games are the events of Awakening since no matter what happens to Anders he's there in DA2 (unless BioWare forgot to make up an explanation). Granted, the options are woven into the game, but that's like saying the Warden sacrificed himself, sacrificed Alistair, sacrificed Loghain, did the ritual, made Loghain do the ritual, and made Alistair do the ritual all in the same story.
