@MissMadHatteRSammiie I used a plugin from Video Co-pilot called Twitch. Just follow the tutorials it comes with and you will learn how to create a twitching effect.
It seemed fake in a way. Some areas seemed to have been edited incorrectly giving it a cheap feel.

This was quite haunting and had some great ideas.
I liked the use of the 3D hallway flying through.
My favourite part was the flash at the end, it really got me!
