Yes but that doesn't mean apple is able to trace a hackintosh unless you're sending them crash reports with your system specs.

Well first of all what network adapter do you have? (you can see it in windows at the device manager)

You need to install your Ethernet Adaptor's driver.

A power supply is not related to the operating system so every power supply will work...

I think 500w will be enough but if you take a high end gfx card i recommend at least 600w

Yes but you can't use a vanilla install and you have to use a sse2 patch and sse2 compatible kernel

iLife is not preloaded on any hackintosh dvd you have to buy it seperately
