  • nice weight coach! but i guess you're still learning the lift so the second pull isnt that good yet as you didnt brush the thighs enough. But still good speed in pulling yourself under.

  • Good stuff. I'd say you need some more scoop motion though.

  • the only thing i can say, is lower your butt a bit more man, other than that great technique

  • why off the boxes?

  • so when ur lets the weight go they dont crack the dam floors, metal plates

  • those dont really look like metal plates... and hes lessening his ROM by about 6 inches
