nice weight coach! but i guess you're still learning the lift so the second pull isnt that good yet as you didnt brush the thighs enough. But still good speed in pulling yourself under.

so when ur lets the weight go they dont crack the dam floors, metal plates

those dont really look like metal plates... and hes lessening his ROM by about 6 inches
