  • SuperDuperSentinel you should be hung for calling this man Shrek, i am privileged to know him and he’s a fucking top bloke. So I really think you should reconsider what you said you TWAT.

  • I wonder how common 'bigorexia' is in women ha ha

  • As long as it doesn't lead to overtraining or excessive steroid use

  • This guy needs to wax his back regularly, and shoulders. Not just before competitions.

  • i think everyone trying to get big has this but sometimes its just over the top

  • i have a compulsion to get bigger ;) get swole brah!

  • I have muscle dysmorphia too. Its a serious burden and stressful disorder. I injured my ac joint and I still lift in fear of getting smaller. When people compliment my musculature I don't agree and say I need to be bigger. I just recently broke down emotionally and asked for help. Im going to see a therapist so I can get past this b4 I get hurt.

  • @bigsterms good luck man, you can do it!

  • bodybuilding in itself when taken seriously for sure can cause bigorexia, it's a hobby that always requires constant physical self assesment and criticism, everything u do and eat effects how your body looks and reacts. If any body is or was a serious bodybuilder, than they would know the amount of time it takes away from living a ordinary lifestyle.

  • he looks awesome hahah! he rules

  • Oh my gawd!!! Its shrek!!!

  • the problem is that they look in the mirror way too much. think about it, if you look in the mirror every minute of the day, how will you be able to tell a difference. its like not seeing someone for a year and if they have been dieting and going to the gym you notice a huge change in their appearence as opposed to if you see them everyday, you wont notice such a big difference.

im like that i look in the mirror when ever i get a chance, so i decide to go a few days without looking and i

  • @robertdeuce really like what i saw, but went right back to looking in the mirror again. just my thoughts

  • lol @ 3:01 - like anyone wouldnt know who that is - only the best bodybuilder ever

  • This disorder obviously affects his eyebrows...

  • GO BIG OR GO HOME

  • And Einstein had an obsessive compulsion to do physics, Tiger Woods has a golfing disease and Shakespeare had a severe play writing problem.

  • guys got a fucking fur coat

  • pretty sad, he's on the gear and he's still a fat f***

  • @XowntXihqX You're a retard bro. He has a decent looking six pack, so his bodyfat is around 7-8%. That's way lower than the average. And most steroids make you gain fat you moron. This guy is not trying to cut down for a show, he's trying to be big as possible.

  • @MrAssassinful decent sixpack? are YOU dumb or blind?? 3:51 where the hell you see any packs on that stomach?? then he has veins popping from his front delts, wanna explain that?? wanna know what causes vascularity increase? ABUSE OF STEROIDS. now gtfo

  • @XowntXihqX Sorry but you're blind. You can clearly see his huge six pack at 3:51... if he wasn't such a hairy monkey then it would be easier to see I guess. Of course he's abusing the drugs... Dude, he has an extreme form of "bigorexia" He's abusing them to the max for sure. But hey, he can't help it. I bet he just wants to throw the drugs away and be skinny as hell aslong as he's happy... But he cant. So yea anyway, the point is: This guy is not even close to fat. It's called a bulking phase.

  • @MrAssassinful im talking about his bodyfat bro saying he's abusing steroids is just stating the obvious. 1:40 in that pic he has about 6% bodyfat. 3:40-3:50 if you are think he has 7-8% i will just say you have a bad eye for this. i have bf around 12% and i can see striations in my body like chest and delts, where can you see his? look at his tricep when he flexes it. no cuts ANYWHERE. look at luimarco's videos where he has 8% bodyfat. nuff said.

  • @XowntXihqX 12%? Seems you're the fat one here, son.

  • @MrAssassinful wow thats thats just sad. first of all im leaner than your buff boyfriend right there and secondly you seriously couldn't come up with any better response than that? i guess this arguement is over

  • @XowntXihqX 12% is fat. You're fat. Yup arguement over.

  • "Food is fuel. Followed by exercise."

    Pshh. Didn't know that.

  • I have been recently diagnosed with bigorexia. The thing is, I didn't even realise that I was sick until my parents pointed it out to me with my doctor. No matter how much weight I put on, I always see myself as skinny in the mirror. This is a very serious disease and can result in the loss of friendships, romantic relationships, health, and even jobs. Hopefully myself now and others will get the help we need :)

  • he's got a proper, nice chest. big muscular and hairy!

  • You shouldnt make fun about this guy

  • 1:29 Epic unibrow

  • they censored ronnie coleman's face at 3:01 lol

  • He's Ken Clarke.

Maybe he thinks he's Clark "SUPERMAN" Kent!

All he needs is a dose of krypton and he'll be fine. lol

  • hello online health class!!!!

  • 3:01- what is the point of blocking out ronnie colemans face lmao!!!

  • omg i never knew i was diseased. I like to eat healthy and get proper exercise too! god save us.

  • @cardmastad yea Im diseased too lmao xD

  • hes got a disorder that makes his body strong.

  • 3:01 Ronnie Coleman rofl why'd they block his face out anyways lol

  • i was going to watch this video but i need to work out, bye.

  • his glasses look so ridiculous small compared to the size of the rest of his body

  • Bodybuilding and working out is supposed to be fun not a painful obsession!

  • he is takin too much gear

    he lost his hair already

  • Zangief.

  • 2 Words: Back Wax

  • eww hairy back !

  • He's so skinny. Bitch needs to gain weight.

  • it seems like alot of you dont think that this is an issue at all? why?

  • @jchar32 prolly cuz its not life threatening unlike anarexia etc.

  • @MrTclemson thats a good point. still very serious. but not necessarily life threatening.

  • @jchar32 everything can be saw as a disease and most of the time phsicology try to name people behavior but name everything make the wrong thought everything is "bad" (becasue religion forced us to think in good or bad). Nothing is a disease is you dont feel bad doing it and it do not damage your health. Everything is a problem if you go too far with it. Drinking water too. This is guy is not diseased. I know people used so much roids that now are powerless, skinny and having lot health issues

  • has anyone suffered from this disorder? if so, what was it like? howd you beat it?

  • i think a key point here is that this specific disorder involves being obsessed or addicted to getting bigger, whether that means utilizing drugs, or over taxing your body. bodybuilding as a sport or hobbie is NOT an issue. its when it becomes a never ending and UNHEALTHY obsession with never being big enough in our own eyes.

  • protip, shave off all that hair and u will look bigger.

    Problem?

  • Be more open minded?? You also say these individuals do not enjoy their lives i would like to elaborate on this. What do you consider to be enojoying??? Drinking, painting, music, maybe even skydiving....Why can't someone who works out and diets enjoy their lives?? Not everybody enjoys the same thing. Bodybuilding can be quite a high you go into the gym one day and the next day you come in bigger and stronger and so on and so forth it can be very rewarding for many people.

  • where does this bigorexia come from? do you think its something in the brain? like chemical? or do you think it starts from society, and the media etc? i think its society that sort of starts the issue, and then if someone has a predisposition to be addictive, or obsessive, then the disorder sky rockets. what you guys think?

  • 3:00 ronnie blurred out... wtf...

  • i dont get body builders...they think they have to wear tight ass little pants? gheese lol gross as

  • @JKDspirit gays only

  • there is nothing wrong with eating healthy and working out.... the problem is when it becomes an obsession... is not healthy to feel bad about yourself and you should be careful with supplements and specially with steroids. this documentary is maybe exaggerated but i agree with this condition as another disorder that media has brought to our society

  • gnarly uni brow

  • naseer!! :)

  • Lol not impresive at all im 5'9 208 lbs 405max flat u a bitch lol lets c ur video little guy

  • @prOpiOnate150 really 208 and 5,9. that must mean u have quite a bit of fat on you.

  • Donkeykong shut the fuck up u sound dumb as hell.... U prolly never even had amembership at the gym lol you work out wit ur 10 lbs dumbells from walmart...

  • @prOpiOnate150 I ve been working out for 2 years and I guarantee I can kick your ass. btw 110 chest flat, 100 incline chest. 65 flys. 70 bicep curls. btw 6'1 195 pounds . and Poland and all Polish people suck.

  • fuck this video, i gotta work out, its been 3 hours since my last workout, me chest feels soft, I gotta do the titty dance

  • strong lats

  • Ken , your mint...

  • Lol, this guy does have an issue, but there isnt anything obsessive with eating 5 times a day and thinking about a workout in advance. I do it , and thousands of bodybuilders do it everyday, but it doesnt all of us have "bigorexia".

  • I think it is only a problem if the guy fails to see what he has already achieved. If you're 250 pounds of muscle at 5'11'', and see yourself as 170, then you have a problem. If you KNOW you are 250, and plan to drop 30 pounds once you retire from competition, you do not have a dysmorphia, because you are aware of your physical state.

  • most men have a form of penilexia, which makes them believe that their penises are larger than they really are.

  • idiot...

  • I've got the same disorder but I love it because it pushes and fuels me to achieve my bodybuilding goals and wards off any slacking.

  • id laugh if someone went up to him and said " you lost some weight"

  • he doesnt have bigorexia. he's just real skinny. he needs to take more steriods eat more lucky charms.

  • cant find the full doc anywhere

  • healthy exercise and diet habits don't equate to mental health. Don't get me wrong, it's great hes healthy but that kind of attitude can lead to some serious depression.

  • He's hott.

  • Too bad the 21st century belongs to the skinny twink emo rockstars that women fall over heels in love with. Nobody is attracted to big bulky guys, except if they are shredded like Zyzz.

  • this guy is massive

  • i got same problem

  • i was short dead short thanks to "Helpo Growth Formula "

    im now tall

  • Why did they blot out the face of Ronny Coleman in the pic in the background?

  • Holy shit, he's never satisfied with himself, and always likes to improve himself! Dear god he's got some problems!

  • Admire your ambition to hulk up your physique Great furry pecs, like the fur on your back especially Keep up the good work, man Achieving God-like perfection

  • That man!

  • hat man!

  • oh no! i'm doomed!!!!

  • I have a big cock problem. I cannot wear sweat pants, tight or loose pants. Basically I cannot wear anything because it just shows the outline of it. I can wear 2 pair of pants and an Apron and it still looks like I a 5th of Vodka stuffed in my pants. It's embarrasing, everyone points and either laughs or starts licking their lips, even men. One guy asked me if I had a bell pepper stuffed in my drawers, Lately, I tie fishing line on it and pull it under my ass and tie the line around my thigh.

  • @sms8668 , lmfao

  • @sms8668 dont be embarrased with what you are

  • "when I wake up, the first thing on me mind is "'I need a proper breakfast"'....

Yup, this guy is seriously diseased. =/

  • @RyuuKyuzo hahaha!!...i love how that statement is followed by dramatic music as well.

  • @RyuuKyuzo hehe... right:))

  • @RyuuKyuzo I have the same thoughts when I wake up. Alright maybe Im diseased too...

  • @RyuuKyuzo lol thats really sick....

i mean how can anyone want a proper breakfast...

  • @RyuuKyuzo Why? breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Every bodybuilder is obsessive trust me

  • this guy just sounds like a regular bodybuilder to me.......eat sleep train, strive to get bigger and better ......fuck everything else

  • I guess we should all be complacent!

  • seems like you guys overlooked his eyebrows.,. jeeez!

  • You wanna be bigger? You should try pizza... It works.

  • He could never give up his bodybuilding no matter how much it controls his life? Seriously? Couldn't it be more down to that fact he just enjoys it alot. People talk this sort of crack to me all the time and can't believe I enjoy lifting iron as much as they enjoy slouching infront of the TV all day. Peoples insanity with labeling interests they don't try to understand as disorders is pathetic.

  • @TheRealLaker

Agreed. This guy does look like he enjoys bodybuilding and there's nothing wrong with it because I do it too.

  • this pisses me off, he's not mentally unstable at all, he just isnt big, simple as, he want to be big but he isnt, this is exactly how i am, shit i get depressed if i look at my self to much, you just gotta get on with it, eat 10 times a day, take more gear n train like every rep is your last, doing this will make you fucking grow, but at his age it's different, it's harder, people at his age are generally just trying to maintain muscle, hes not able too, he's just not meant to be a bodybuilder.

  • Damn, he looks like Nasser El Sonbaty....

  • honestly i dont see anything wrong with this guys attitude this guy has the drive of a champion and people who cant lift for shit say he has a disorder thats bullshit

  • so if you want to be bigger, you have a disorder ,and what does pro bodybuilders have? super disorders?

  • what documentary is this ,,, i´ve never seen before ..... sorry 4 my bad english

  • HUGE, eyebrows!!!

  • He needs to spend some time with Telekon5 and get a nice tongue massage. That'll convince him of his worthiness fo sho...lol

  • hey. ignore those skinny ass bitches. i have bigorexia and if you ask me, it;s a problem i'm glad to have! I never turned to steroids, you don't have to! Just don't let these skinny punk-asses tell you whats up

  • I'm sure a lot of guys envy him...I know I do. He's got to know he gets a lot of attention and awe unless he's completely oblivious. Then again, it's all about what that internal voice says.

  • haha this is such a joke. If this is true, i've had bigorexia since i was 15 and nearly every guy i've trained with and played football with lol.

  • there are worse problems...

  • before i clicked on this video i thought this was nasser el sonbaty

    i was like what the...

  • A lot of these documentaries get it completely wrong... It's not a desire to get bigger than it is a desire not to be skinny. They're pushed in to depression because they think they're skinny (not compared to other body builders) but they feel skinny compared to the average man.

Seems to be a massive misunderstanding over Bigorexia

  • big chest and back

  • guys huge, strong eyebrows...

  • i do beleve its a disorder, but i think this has bin blown out of preportion, the fact that he wakes up and thinks first thing hes gotta do is get get a good breakfast, and think how hes gonna train, what he's gonna train is not a disorder, i do that, and i still look at my self and think i look shit, you notice things on your body that others wont, you just know your body, like this guy, he dousnt look like a mr. universe or mr. britain, and thats what he thinks.

    he's not got a disorder.

  • i feel sorry for this fella

  • this foo is still pretty huge man!

  • He looks great and his body seems all natural like he hasn't used steroids.

  • wish i was this cunt!!

my biggest problem in life is ' i like getting massive '

what the fuck are they on about!!

rather that disorder than '' im a fat fucking lounge slob''

  • Cmeis totally agree with you mate . Dedication

  • even he thinks he is not big, doesn t stop him to flex easely. this guy doesn t have complex at all!

  • i have bigorexia..... in other words, i want to have the best body i can.

  • im not really into bodybuilding but i do powerlifting and i can't believe this new bigorexia term ppl now are not going to push themselves and be weak through fear

the mindset of champions is to never give up and get better fuck these ppl also i thought the goal of bodybuilding along with definition is size and to get bigger

  • This dude looks like a regular bodybuilder. It's not like he s injecting himself with synthol or anything stupid like that.

  • Wow guys are you that stupid? This IS a serious disorder, stop saying it's dedication or some shit like that. Persons suffering from this are NEVER satisfied with themselves, which can easily lead to injuries caused by overtraining, and social isolation because working out is the main priority in ones life.

  • I want to have this disorder!!!!

Can I get infected? please, if possible....

I takes a lot of me to just eat right and exercise I want to have the dedication that this guy has, please infected meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I dont know You guys but it sucks one million times more to be fat, and now that US has the second place in the world with more fat adults (overweight).

My fellow americans You know what I am talking about!!

  • @pellete11: You don't want this, you would still be miserable and unhappy just muscular. This man has a mental issue and is not happy even with the body that everyone, including you, wants. If you had this disorder you'd still be what you are now or worse, just bigger but never mentally able to see it.

  • Give me a break is this serious......how is working out and eating healthy a mental disorder??? This show be the least of our problems. There are so many fat people in the us its not normal anymore for you to work out and be healthy. I'd much rather have bigorexia than fatasserxia. which is watching tv all day and eating fast food all the time. If bigorexia is a disease than there should be a fatasserxia should be a mental disorder.

  • @MrTclemson: It's a disorder because he never stops, it's the same as anorexia where no manner how skinny you get you're not satisfied until you're dead. This mental perception of never having the right body can lead to unhealthy straining of the body, drugs, deep depression and suicide for never being able to obtain their impossible goal. This is a mental issue and too much of anything is never a good thing, just because this man embodies what many people want doesn't mean he's mentally stable.

  • @MrTclemson: Also there is an opposite to this which involves getting fatter and fatter or thinking you are too thin but not in the muscular sense like this man, look up Donna Simpson. It's at times is called Fatorexia but there are two different definitions for it. The one I gave and the thought of not being fat at all and seeing someone who is skinny even when overweight.

  • @MrTclemson There is, it's called Binge Eating Disorder I think.

  • @MrTclemson It's a problem because he's taking exercise to extreme levels which is not good for anyone. Just because he's muscular does not make him healthy at all. Also the fact that he's using steroids makes it even worse, that's why it's a problem.

  • @MrTclemson its a disease because it makes you inhappy, it makes you feel like your worthless, not good enough, unless u get bigger.

but you wont ever be big enough in your own eyes

  • @MrTclemson

Too much of anything is bad including exercise.

  • @MrTclemson it's not his activity, but his mental state that is the disease. You're missing the point.

  • @MrTclemson Obviously you didnt the point of the video. Bigorexia is people who are athletically fit or very muscular, yet they dont see themselves as being muscular or fit. It has nothing to do with eating healthy and exercising

  • @MrTclemson "fatasserxia" is anorexia. Bigorexia is to be bigger. Yes, there is a difference between fat and big, but there is no desire to become fat that would make a disease. Where they perceive themself to NOT as fat. The opposite is anorexia.

  • @MrTclemson you belong to the league of FUCKING MORONSSS

  • @MrTclemson because first of all, he is unhappy. he thinks he's too small although he looks like a battle tank. Second, he neglects his social life, his job etc. Third, he can seriously injure himself or permanently damage his health. Those good enough for you? That being said, ''fatasserexia'' does exist, it's not a medical term because those people eat cause of different reasons like depression, trauma, emotional stress and those need to be treated in order to get an improvement

  • @MrTclemson i dont know why i was laughing out so loudly at this comment but its probably cuz this whole thing is a joke

  • @MrTclemson ha ha ha fatassrexia

  • @MrTclemson The documentary has nothing to do with eating healthy and working out... you have missed the point. Obsession is the key here, some people would go to the extend of avoiding being social in order to keep their ideal bodies, they will avoid enjoying their lives. Watch Dennis - Bodybuilding Short Film : v=V1zFeHJzS5E

You will understand a bit better - be more open-minded.

  • @MULTIMEDlA yes i see your point but many people absolutely love to bodybuild not all people who are "obsessed" with their body dont enjoy there lives many do.

  • You can never be big enough or strong enough! It is the lazy people of the world that call this a disorder--I call it dedication to ones goals.

  • For suffering an ailment, the fellow LOOKS fantastic. Instead of being a lump of shapeless muscle, his physique seems well-balanced. Everything "works" for him, including the face (which is unblemished and fine-featured) and that great voice. Must have an equally great, undemanding job too to be able to afford all of those supplements and to train so often.

  • He doesn't see a guy who looks like Mr Universe because he DOESNT look like that. What the fuck. This guy must be soooo bad at dieting and training because if he is obsessive as they make him out to be in this video then his physique would be way better.

  • It's funny because I have bigorexa, and anorexia nervosa gets more attention.

It pisses me off how the other is a bigger issue, but both of them are the same fucking deal and they both make you cry, and they both make you insecure and make you feel as terrible.

  • @TheNayoga atleast your fit lol

  • @jmbstat Shut up, that's still your opinion thinking being fit is good. What if we feel that being big is nicer.

That's again discrimination towards our opinion.

  • This guy looks like a nice person i hope that he's ok now. :)

  • Born2theIron - I know exactly what your saying bro, BUT the thing is............Doctors/physcologists that treat BIGOREXIA, arent trying to stop people from WORKING OUT/LIFTING WEIGHTS..............thier trying to stop the " OBSESSIVE" Thoughts. What mental disorder starts with the word OBSESSIVE???........OB.....SES SIVE......COMPULSIVE DISORDER. Thats what thier simply trying to cure with medication/Therapy.

  • I don't understand Body Dismorphia. This guy Ken is big and strong. I wish I looked like him LOL!

  • @TheNyghtShyft:

There isn't much to understand really, he thinks he's too small even though clearly he is not. BDD tricks the mind into thinking it's imperfect and makes them obsess over that imaged imperfection even after the goal has been reached. It's like reversed anorexia.

He looks great to us but sadly his mind says he's a twig boy.

  • @TheSirJecht I don't understand. I guess that means I dont have it...lol

  • @TheNyghtShyft:

good for you I guess lol

  • @TheNyghtShyft Yes. People who dont have body dysmorphia will NEVER ever truly understand what it is, unless they have it. Its simply a MENTAL DISORDER where they have a very distorted mental image of how they look, they think thier deformed looking, feel very ugly and very unattractive. BIGOREXIA or the real name for it, is MUSCLE DYSMORPHIA, is also a mental disorder where someone feels alot smaller and skinnier than they really are.

  • @TheNyghtShyft u sound like a woman that wants to look like an anorexic

  • " i still dont see that im as good as mr.universe" .....cause he fuckin isnt

  • He's very hairy!!

  • it s a disorder

  • I agree: "Food is fuel, followed by exercise." Bodybuilding is a lifestyle and a worldview, of discipline, hard work, and high standards. The lifting is just the physical aspect of it. Certainly this fellow might have the wrong motivations, but they have led to the same result: a great build. Once he comes to understand his motivations, then he will be far along in the quest for muscle.

  • so what?? we all wont that its normal...if you dont wont to be biger and better, simply get out of the fu**ing gym. bodybuilding only for strong personality.

  • thats stubid he is just trying to be huge and they call it a metal prob

  • you feel small. and the only time you feel big is when you sweat. You use alot of supersets. You become so inflexible. You feel big and powerful. You have a good phyasique. You spend so much time. Your phyasique grows faster then others. You work to extremes. You see porgress yet when the pump is gone you are weak.

You only think about working out hard and eating. You never want to stop.

  • im the exact same, even though some people may tell u "bro your arms are huge" you personally think there too small.

  • UNIBROW ALERT!

  • LoL. Whats wrong with a proper breakfast?

  • Typical of ALL bodybuilders. Never happy with themselves. Grossly over fixated with their physical appearance. No matter how big they get, their inner most mind still tells them they're small. They think the solution is in the external, when it's just the opposite.

  • @ScrapNfight why are u talking like its something bad? its called motivation.

  • The real name for BIGOREXIA is BODY DYSMORPHIC DISORDER. Another name is MUSCLE DYSMORPHIA. Alll the same thing though because they all have to do with BODY IMAGE/APPEARANCE. In my opinion, all BDD/BIGOREXIA is, is a severe form of OCD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The word "OBSESSIVE" is used many times in this video. I myself have BDD and im exactly like this guy in the video.
