I was in that queue as an 8 yr old lad to get tickets for Cambridge and Huddersfield away.
We lost v already relegated Cambridge and got a 2-2 draw v Huddersfield to get promoted. After the game there was a huge black and white scarf with everyone skipping on it on the pitch.

PS 40 pound a ticket to sit in a sterile atmosphere these days, id sooner stay in bed.
Granted the prices are high, but i cant agree with stale atmospheare, maybe in the coprate areas, but on the level 7 zones and the Leazes and Gollowgate its far from sterile, especialy after KK's return. NUFC vs SAFC was unbelieverble atmospheare, worth every penny.

The style of play we had to watch under Allardice was appalling. You dont mind winning ugly every now and then but to continuously lose ugly is too much. He lost the dressing room as well because of it. He may well have been a success in the long term, but we would all have died of boredom by then.
Big Sam Alledyce sacked I cant believe my ears, I dont blame the board I blame the whinging so called Newcastle United supporters. Your gonna rule the day that you got rid of Sam cos he could of been your Alex Ferguson if you'd given him time. Newcastle Utd is not a big team & there fans are mentally retarded no marks who live out of the realms of reality
Do you believe everything you read in the papers? We are not unrealistic. We dont expect to be in the champions league or to win trophies every year (like Man Utd).We just want a team that plays entertaining football and to push for a European place. We have the second largest crowds in the country and have spent a fortune on players over the years, so that is the least we should expect.
