  • They must need a bath and deoderant. Look at all those flies.

  • Chinese people love to eat their meat.

  • too many flies indicating stinky place?

  • hi obama

  • i didn't know that gorillas can play flute and drums!

  • so peaceful

  • I thought one would start dancing and pick up a mic and get down.

  • do gorrillas have any other eniemies rather then humans?

  • @choirguy210 Animals don't have enemies.

  • @choirguy210 Animals (besides humans) don't have enemies. A Tiger isin't going to kill a gazelle because it doesn't like it nor are gazells going to team up on tigers to lessen their threat. Animals only kill for survival or to protect there young or prey.

  • @xTrappedUnderIcex I know that shit, dude, but animals do have opposition in which they will fight for their life. it has happened I have seen it on t.v. vertabreas will fight if a part of their brain tells them to... so animals do have enemies...

  • @xTrappedUnderIcex

No. Some animals also kill by irrational outbursts of violence, e.g. the Chimp attacking and horibly disfiguring that woman in CT.

  • They all look like they've been on a Mcdonalds only diet.

  • recent studies have shown that in the congo there are thousands more than they thought this isnt a dying breed no more

  • heh. i want to be a gorilla:)

  • The humans in this area are more primitive than these primates. Their the reason why there are only 700+ of these incredible creatures left. It's the people that need to be observed and controlled more so than these animals.

  • Such peaceful creatures living in complete harmony with their environment; that is, of course, until the human arrived on the scene to muck it all up!

  • they're all obese...no wonder they are the last of thier beings lol

  • @dave1927p there not obese they are like that due to what they eat all the vegitation they have large stomachs to digest it all.

  • Cool video.....

  • Hey, I wanna move in! Seems pretty chill lying around all day :D

  • extraordinary

  • They're so fat!

  • its big bone

gorillas are stronger than 10 grown men

  • vay a.q piji

  • Just saw a program of Congo and things look really bad for the gorillas and humans...It was heartbreaking...

  • is it possible for human understand and learn their language, just like learning an english as we do, so one day human can communicate the them, ask them what do they thinking of all day sitting there?

  • Patrick Ewing?

  • lol so humans share obesity with these gorillas then eh :P

  • they ALL need saving, the cross river gorilla is even more endangered with only about 300 individuals left!

  • bring them all here man.

  • fat n happy

  • lol i think they morely reflect on us lazy, like to have fun,and other thingz

  • its like... thats my home

  • Very beautiful!! I think, people who want to kill gorillas should go to them without guns and then we will see who can go away after! They are sooo beautiful! Thank you for posting!! Greets from Austria!

  • I´m sorry but you are sick!

  • i am going to rip your arm out of its socket

    respect your ansestors boy

  • Sick fuck, I hope you get cancer.

  • don't f-ing talk bout cancer like that j@ck@ss.

  • Why not? Are you superstitious? I DO hope he get's cancer.

  • no I'm not superstitious. I just find it offensive at the way you are talkin bout cancer, people die from it and suffer from it, you shouldn't take it so lightly...

  • @DigitIsBurningInHell

While I would not mind going to Hell to be with Dr. Dian Fossey (who is, by the way, my heroine,) I really have to wonder what makes you say such things about a woman who single- handedly saved a species from extinction? Don't you know that you wouldn't be able to make that comment or watch this video if not for what she did?

  • No, don't you be sorry.

  • Some people like forest behind them others dont... More people want industery then kill the animals. More people want slow industery to keep clean then let it be so. Majority rules aye?

  • .. the story continues ... suddenly some savages rush out of the bushes, slaughter all gorillas and sell their fresh meat on the local market..

  • It is people like you that make me HATE people and love animals...you are probably more then likely an animal abuser!

  • 2:13

  • I don't know why, but I find this video very peaceful. Maybe we lost something when we evolved to our current form?

  • The screwed up thing is the they're going to be extinct in all likelihood. On one side people don't care. Close to that is a lot of cultural issues leading to the Bushmeat trade. Most of the people fighting the threats to them are zealots concerned more with ideological purity than getting results. The world fiddles while these incredible animals go extinct.

  • Those ignorant people in Africa that kill these magnificant beings do not know what they have...I would love to have these beautiful beings near me....they will not know what they ahve until it is gone...hopefully one day someone over there will make a change..I would even support the death penalty for anyone that kills a Great Ape...

  • Notwithstanding the one snot-brained comment below, this is a great thread and wonderful video. We can't let these precious creatures fail.

  • fuck u and die

hope a gorilla breaks yo' back

  • Excellent video. I just went myself and posted videos from Uganda and Rwanda. The gorillas are amazing!

  • Is this BigFoot???

  • Looks like Jon Voigt in Midnight Cowboy at 6:22. Must have been what cameraman was thinking too.

  • if the anilmas have no use to them y kill them i dont under stand cant they go to other places to get wood dam thas not so dam heard my goshhh

  • V for Viral!

  • awesome video... lotsa bugs!

  • My favorite animal!! So misunderstood!! I wish they would leave them alone!!

  • I could watch this for hours. Beautiful.

  • Great video! I like the music too!

  • gotta love gorillas.. they are such a cool, laid-back, and fascinating creature.

  • amazing video.

  • sorry if i offend you, maybe in the future in the new system of thing. Gods kingdom, God promise that there is going to be peace bewteen man and animal in the future but not by man abilities or force or even abuse but God himself will make happen.

  • I want one as my pet a bodyguard i should say

  • Gorillas, any primate is not a pet. Many are used in the illegal pet trade and a whole family is killed to get to the baby.

  • To face this animal you got to realized that he is in control we just got to be humble and be obedient!!!lol

  • A beautiful video, I used to work with gorillas in a zoo, both Mountain and Lowland. They are the most amazing creatures and so intelligent.

  • Damn dirty apes(

  • You know that people think mountain gorillas are mean but there not. Mountain gorilla are awsome!

  • Nice video, thank you for take us to Africa.

  • I love these creatures so much, my goal is to see some in the wild before i die, you are so lucky.

  • mine too, maybe you ought to check out the dian fossey gorilla fund international website. if it weren't for dian fossey, we might only be able to read about our precious mountain gorillas.

  • Our ??? we own gorillas ??? when were gorillas ever our's

  • the whole world belongs to every living creature. no, we do not own gorillas, or any animal, but we must care for them.

  • I wish more people thought like you do :)

  • @mountaingorillagirl4

We should fix the wrong things we've done. Hunting an animal to make an ashtray out of it's hand is wrong. It goes beyond caring, we must respect the natural world in its entirety. We, us, them, humans are nothing in the grand scheme of the universe and yet there is some poignancy in the fact that we are the first species thus far and on earth to have come across the path of advanced technology. If used wisely and conscientiously, it can give us the heavens....

  • @mountaingorillagirl4

(cont). We must tread lightly. Respect ourselves and the technology we develop and great things will come. We may also be paving the way for later species to evolve and advance along the same lines as ourselves. We shouldn't deny them that. Most importantly, we must never forget our strong, physical connection to, and dependence upon the natural world. It is by "mother nature" that we have come here and it is "her" that sustains us.

  • @SanRafaelSwell

I could not agree more. I have long since forgotten the password to the other account- and almost this video itself. However, seeing your reply is a lovely surprise. Here's to a future in which all are wise enough not to harm one another, not to fight or attempt to take advantage of. Here's to a future of looking out for the other animals as much as we look out for ourselves!

  • sad there is bearly any left in the world for us to keep seein like this such huge creatures and yet they still show no real attacks towards people or even other animals in the wild

  • There's plenty of other gorillas left in Africa. Africa's dominant species are gorillas and monkies.

  • @vaancee

720 mountain gorillas left in the world. yeah, plenty.
