ok heres the reason why seth has to do uppercuts. Seth has the 2nd best uppercut in the game behind ryu. (i tested this) i would do same setup as poonkgo but ryu would beat me out during that frame. However seth can abuse uppercut against everyone else. His uppercut will beat out adon's so if adon is mashing uppercut at any time seth beats him out clean. So adon has less options to get out of trouble basically he has to block or neutral jump if he thinks its going to be a command grab

@fadcdrake Yes I did some more tests. You are right. Oni and Akuma beat out Seths but not Evil Ryu. Seth wins over. If both are using Fierce DP. Of course if Seth uses Ex and the other uses Ex I believe Seth wins. I did this once in a rank match against akuma both of us down to pixels and last round. We both did EX to chip each other out and mine hit him at the very last peak of DP as we both were going up. He later messaged me and said WTH? how did i lose that. I guess SETH ex is best

@Quake2815 More damage on his specials, more HP. Seth isn't as good as in SSF4 in terms of his defense/zoning, but his rushdown is muuuch better now.
