Kimberley doesn't sing, she just whispers, she needs so much more energy and power in her voice, that's why she barely sings in GA songs. Her voice is so flat and aphonic.

I really do like this version, theyre not copying, its just honoring.

Kimberley has a unique voice, but i feel she needs more singing lessons. Her voice sounds too soft, like shes afraid to really use it. Just feel like with some training there is more there. Like when she did Les Mis.

I went to watch this programme wondering what it would be like because I only knew a couple of Carpenters songs (both of which I loved) and what I saw was amazing talented people perform beautiful covers of these songs. Beverley Knight, Jamie and Kimberley and Ronan Keating were some of the singers that stood out. This was my favourite of the whole night, it is SUCH a beautiful cover and Jamie is just amazing at rearranging a song like this. Fantastic.

Sadly, I have to agree. Jamie isn't exactly a good singer and yet, he runs circles around Kimberley's aphonic little whisper of a voice. Also, this song doesn't exactly have a huge range, and both of them struggle to sing the 'high' notes.

They did it really badly. Kimberley is ravishingly beautiful, though, so I guess that's why she was put there.
