If the bridge pops off from over-tightening, just loosen the strings, slide the bridge underneath and stand it upright, then tighten the strings again. No glue, no mess, real easy to solve.

Violin strings aren't cheap like guitar strings, so I'm glad they don't go out of tune very easily. You are a great teacher...very casual :)

Just to be really sure, i think is prefferible to carry an electronic Tuner with you and be learning slowlly how to tune the violin just hearing it. But thanks.

OMG! Thank you so much! Gracius mucho! I just bought my violin 10 days ago and we bought it online. It was really out of tune, so I searched on how to play the violin. So I thought, why not go on you tube? So I wrote in the tab, Free violin lessons. And you came up on the screen. Though I have heard you when I searched the first one. But I didn't know how to tune it. So I went back to you. I really enjoyed it. The G and the D string I believe it was, I knew the sound were good. BRB.

I don't get this :( The tuner says it's good but when I try it again it changes by its self? and no 1 where I live gives lessons I live in the caribean..
