wow I dont remember this band at all they kick ass ( although I do have a vague memory of partying with these guys at a bowling alley in Northridge in the late 90's

I saw these guys on a list of LA glam bands. I was expecting Warrant type stuff but this is more like W.A.S.P./Alice Cooper shock rock infused metal. In other words, way fucking better than i expected.
Sounded Kickass back in the day, sound kick ass now! Few bands have manage to evolve without either selling out or sounding weird. This album is just amazing, not that crazy about the look though (but that's just me). Rock on Lizzy!!

Powerful song..great musicianship here. They're going to be great to see live tonight as long as my stalker doesn't go. Good song even if the imagery doesn't match the sound. They've been doing the look for sometime however but it is sort of owned by black metal these days so they will get critsized but not by me. They've been consistent musically and visually and need the credit now from the fans to get on board, esp, those who claim to like this genre of music. Wishing them the best.

This album was an ass-kicker from start to finish, never had expected Lizzy Borden to "come back" again, and certainly not with such strong tunes. The new look is an updated version to boot. Cool.
Honestly, I'm loving the attire. It now makes me think of Lizzy Borden as an 80's style, yet somewhat modern mainstream music style with melodic vocals and... what's this?.. a shock rock/black metal style??? Hmm... lol. Love it. I'm not into the "look" of Lizzy Borden, but his voice has an oddly melodic sound to me and the songs are friggin catchy! I dig his stuff and have been a fan since the 80's.
I got no problem with a band working on their image AFTER their sound has been perfected to their style. This song is a prime example. Unfortunately it's the only LB song I like, but I don't mind them deckin' themselves out in shock-rock glam in this video seeing as the song is complete and damn friggin' good. I think the band's image is pretty outstanding, but I dislike the music, the vocals especially. Now, don't call me one of those people who typed in the band just to blaspheme them. Some of us actually do discover bands and give their honest opinion about them through the comments system. It's called freedom of speech. Anyway, if you like this, cool. It's just that I don't.
Now, are you basing your opinion off of hearing a few songs off of their newest album? If so, I highly suggest you check out their earlier stuff (for example, "We Only Come Out At Night", or "Me Against The World")
The reason I say this, is because I am not too fond of their newest album. I love all their other albums, but this one didn't capture me the way the others did.
You have to see Lizzy Borden live, the show is amazing, they play like their playing for 10,000 even if its less than a 1000. I saw them last year with Ira Black on Lead, they have a new lead now but I would expect they still rock.

They (along with Manowar) have the be the best underrated metal band ever. They don't get the true credit & recognition that they truly deserve. then again, the ones who deserve it never do, do they?
That my problem. USA is where they are from & yet, very very few people, here, know who they are. That is a major slap in the face. I'm glad, however, that they are successful in Europe & South America. They deserve their fame & even more! Same thing with Lizzy Borden.

This album was an ass-kicker from start to finish, never had expected Lizzy Borden to "come back" again, and certainly not with such strong tunes. The new look is an updated version to boot. Cool.

Honestly, I'm loving the attire. It now makes me think of Lizzy Borden as an 80's style, yet somewhat modern mainstream music style with melodic vocals and... what's this?.. a shock rock/black metal style??? Hmm... lol. Love it. Looks like someone raided King Diamond's wardrobe and makeup supply again. :)

I'm not into the "look" of Lizzy Borden, but his voice has an oddly melodic sound to me and the songs are friggin catchy! I dig his stuff and have been a fan since the 80's.

I got no problem with a band working on their image AFTER their sound has been perfected to their style. This song is a prime example. Unfortunately it's the only LB song I like, but I don't mind them deckin' themselves out in shock-rock glam in this video seeing as the song is complete and damn friggin' good. It's bands that look like this and sound like shit (Aiden) that piss me off. LB, I give you guys mad props on this song. Learning to play it on my guitar right now. xP <3

I think the band's image is pretty outstanding, but I dislike the music, the vocals especially. Now, don't call me one of those people who typed in the band just to blaspheme them. Some of us actually do discover bands and give their honest opinion about them through the comments system. It's called freedom of speech. Anyway, if you like this, cool. It's just that I don't.

Now, are you basing your opinion off of hearing a few songs off of their newest album? If so, I highly suggest you check out their earlier stuff (for example, "We Only Come Out At Night", or "Me Against The World")
The reason I say this, is because I am not too fond of their newest album. I love all their other albums, but this one didn't capture me the way the others did.

You have to see Lizzy Borden live, the show is amazing, they play like their playing for 10,000 even if its less than a 1000. I saw them last year with Ira Black on Lead, they have a new lead now but I would expect they still rock.
